They do not honor their warranty work. They do not try to go above and beyond to fix an issue that they caused. Planning on opening a BBB complaint as well.

This place was great! The woman at the front desk, I think her name was Gina, was a huge help. I called Hertz for a rental and was waiting on hold for almost 40 mins and she called them up and got right through and helped me get a car within a few minutes. She also arranged for someone to pick me up to take me to get my rental. They did a beautiful job on my car and it was ready within a week. Would definitely recommend them.

This place was bought out by crash champions which I believe used to be mike’s auto body and they are just fooling people by the excellent ratings that Mike’s auto body had.My vehicle was sent to this location by AAA and after looking at the reviews I thought this was a good choice. But my experience with this body shop has been nothing but a total nightmare. The main service advisor George knows nothing about cars or trucks. After the repair, every time I would turn hard to either side my truck yuck started making a loud noise, it seemed like something wasn’t seated properly. My steering would also shift based on which side I turned the truck and stay crooked. Took it back initially George made all possible excuses what it could be and they finally found out that the nuts on the cross member were left loose. Which was simple to fix but now my alignment was out, which was a consequence of the mistake the body shop made but George informed me that it’s something that the insurance won’t cover and I’ll have to pay $250 for it hat out of pocket. My insurance was kind enough to cover that expense but guess what my alignment was still out after their mechanic charged $250 to fix the issue. And now again George had another excuse that my bushings are worn out and they cannot fix the alignment until I replace those now.This person is either incompetent or outright committing fraud. I took my vehicle to big o tires and they fixed the issue for $130.I’ve left a message for the corporate to contact me but no response. Please beware “don’t go to this location”. If you still decide to go there just ask a couple of technical questions from this guy and you’ll know what I’m trying to say. I would really appreciate if anybody from their corporate or customer service department would contact me.Otherwise I’ll be posting reviews on all possible forums related to my experience.Service: Body & Trim

Crash Champion handled an accident through insurance and it was a month plus 3 weeks with very little communicationOrlando was super kind and positive but everything he said was not at all followed through with the manager handled things with me and he is a great guy who listened and I felt was honest Nit the best experience but

My insurance sent me to Crash Champions on Wyoming St for a towing related issue where my parking sensor was pushed in and for months my car was beeping. Justin assisted me and went to investigate. When he returned he said that he replaced the sensor that was still dangling and like that the car was fixed ! Thanks Justin. Toyota said it would cost $800.

I brought my car in to get an estimate for a scratch on the wheel well of my car. The car did not appear to have a dent, but a transfer of paint from the pole that was scraped. The estimator looked at the car and said let me take it into the body shop to have the scrape buffed. When he brought back the car it looked like brand new and the paint had been removed from the car without any damage to the car. There customer service is excellent. This is the second time i have used Mike's(Crash Champions) and have had the same consist courtesy and quality work. ThanksService: Body & Trim

Mike's is now Crash Champions - it was a selection of my insurance company which made it an easy choice for us. Dina is at the front desk and is cheery and very competent...helped us get in and get out, both dropping off and picking up. George is the General Manager now and he was very helpful and made sure that my retrieval of the car was informative and quick. The car looks beautiful - paint job and the carwash and detailing. I would return with no hesitation but I hope we never need to!

Needed to take my car in to get the rear bumper replaced, which was set up through State Farm. After two separate unpleasant dealings with another auto body repair shop in Dublin, CA, State Farm suggested Mike’s Auto Body.I wish we had been able to go with them from the beginning!!! Superior service! Pleasant, organized, informative and they did a great job!! I thought excellent customer care was a thing of the past, but Mike’s Auto body in Pleasanton was amazing!!
