Extremely disorganized with scheduling a time for service phone call. Did not know basic functions of Microsoft Calendar. After not being able to resolve the issue, they refused to reach out to Microsoft to research or try to find a workable resolution for their client.Edit: Increased to a 3/5 due to their handling of my complaint
