Store manager julienne cozarita has a very very bad attitude and is extremely rude .All I wanted was one extra bag after I spent almost $70.00 on merchandise here . Also requested to split my transaction in two if they had one bag per transaction policy . She wouldn't listen and was extremely rude. I wish I could reverse my transaction and not give business to these kind of people!!! Wud not give even one star !!!!!

Very rotund unhappy woman with excessive makeup on is very rude. Works on Sundays, has black hair, is quite round, and is either Hispanic, Middle Eastern or Native American. Must suck to have to work such a menial job SERVING OTHERS but being hostile to people is a no-no. Low IQ. Remember that and perhaps you won't be publicly humiliated in reviews, ta-ta!

Dont go to this mall's Claire's! We walked in here and experience for myself and kiddo was fantastic. They really are personable and walked us through it all. Here is an after care card that is such a nice touch! Thank you to the girls that work here on 10/22/22

Just accompanied my adult daughter here for a piercing. The store manager is absolutely amazing, friendly, and detailed oriented. Double check the placement before the piercing. Also the manager did not pressure up selling. Absolutely a pleasure to shop at this store!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. (3rd piercing in the ear) she was so excited. We were going to go to Claire's but there was a lot of people waiting to get there's done as well. We decided on Lovisa. The lady that worked there was really sweet and caring. She really concentrated when marking her ears, which made me feel more comfortable. It went by really quick and afterwards my daughter didn't say it hurt at all. I recommend going to Lovisa if you want to get a piercing, first timers included. The shop was also very clean and they had very nice jewelry.

The staff were incredibly unprofessional! The lady who was about to pierce my friend’s ears told us last minute that she wasn’t trained to pierce helixes and proceeded to ask her coworker to pierce instead. Her coworker was unable to successfully pierce both mine and my friend’s ears; the backs of our earrings were stuck in the piercing gun and she struggled to get them out. She actually asked my friend if she could put the back of the earring on herself! This creates such a big risk for infection, considering that the piercing was fresh and my friend also wasn’t wearing gloves (obviously!). Do better lovisa!!

This store has very an amazing wide selection of cute and different accessories. However, the customer service was very, very awful. I was never offered help. Nor was I greeted when coming into the other store as the other customers were. Similar to another review written on here, it does seem as if the associates pick and choose who they want to help. When rung up for my items at the register, the cashier was also being unfriendly :(

There should be 0 star rating for this store manager. Worst customer service. I went for my daughter's (9 year old) ear piercing. There was an upset customer before me who left the store without the issue being resolved- reason store manager doesn't know how to resolve the issue. We chose a certain ear ring for my daughter's ear piercing. The store was out of stock on that. I was never informed about that. The store manager decided on her own with ear ring design and pierced my daughter's ear. When I saw that and complained about it she Did not apologize. Told her associates not to apologize either. I asked for refund but was refused. Asked for her boss's phone number and manager said she is the owner of the store and there is no one above her. My daughter was crying when she came out of the store.Even the 9 year old noticed that the manager never apologized but was arrogant and rude.Doesn't look like but If she is the owner this business will shut down soon. DO NOT GO FOR EAR PIERCING at this store. I have submitted my complain at their website. Hopefully, someone will get back to me soon.

Kyla, was very considerate and able to accommodate piercing my daughter's ears, despite having her co-worker call in sick, leaving her by herself to mind the store. She was very professional.

Not a customer friendly store. The receipt is very confusing, they add the tax included in each item and listed the total tax below. I called to the store to understand the price difference between the receipt and the price tags. The cashier is not well trained on the phone, I have to go to store to confirm the price.

I was standing inside the store and an employee asked me to go out and wait outside. My children are minors and couldn't be by themselves inside a store. Poor customer service. I will not take my kids here again ever! 09/18/21 1:28 pm. Employee's name is Sula.

The woman was preparing another business partner and all was great until the time had come to pay. I payed utilizing my card and it said the exchange was supported on the screen however the woman said it didn't go through so I needed to attempt once more. I attempted again and they said it at last went through. Recently, I checked my financial balance and I saw that they charged me twice. There ought to have been more correspondence and there was a deficiency on their side. Please a note to the staff, ensure this doesn't occur once more. This kind of circumstance is incredibly irritating for everybody particularly the client with this COVID limitations going on the present moment...

I went hear on my break to get some earrings and one of the ladies there was really nice but as I went to check out the women was extremely rude and took her time even though I told her I was in a rush since my break was almost over. When I asked for a bag she replied rudely and that she didn't have any and I honestly instantly regretted my Purchase and if I can plan to return it. Edit: I came in to return in which the same lady told me rudely that I can't return it. I don't have a problem with not being able to return but the tone she gave was extremely rude
