Stay clear of this company! Very terrible customer service. Been waiting almost a month just to get set up as a customer despite needing medical supplies. Whenever I call for a status update I get caught in a phone loop being transferred to various departments multiple times. Highly discourage anybody from using this company.

My mother was traveling to visit our family here in Palo Alto ca from out of state, lincare coordinated all travel arrangements for our family to get my mother here safely. Driver delivered all equipment to our home a day before my mother arrived. We had plenty of supplies for her while 2 week stay. Even picked up equipment the day she left so we didn’t have equipment sitting in the home. Each time I called the customer service department helped me with any questions I had. I highly recommend lincare for Respiratory needs!

I cannot appreciate “Becky Alvarez” enough for the guidance and support she provided me during my visit to get my new toy aka CPAP.I got diagnosed with sleep abnea and as it was my 1st time ever , I was very anxious about this appointment. However Becky made me feel so relaxed, while throughly explaining my various options , helped me pick the right ones and then explained “everything “ I needed to know about my CPAP usage.I got such a good start with Becky and now I have been using CPAP every night and waking up feeling amazing ?.Thank you Becky and Lincare team ??

3 years! Every order, delivery and support is a challenge. Customer service is a joke. Managers are always unavailable. If they are available & assist you they are no longer with company next time you call. Did not service ny concentrator for 3 years. Ilter was full of dirt & I was breathing that. Worthless company.

They keep lying to me, and asking me to call back to talk to someone, but this person never shows up in the office even in the morning around 10AM. And it has been about two months and I never get any capa supplies, or updates from them.

I called the office to find out how to get oxygen equipment for my grandma because she was discharging from the hospital. The worker (Julie) let me know what documentation was needed and even called the hospital for me and handled it all, so it was an easy set up. I asked Julie for a few home health recommendations and she provided a list for me to check out. Julie was extremely helpful and patient with all the questions I had. I highly recommend Lincare.

I called with kind of a emergency needing my CPAP equipment ASAP ! Sleeping with out it is torture. Spoke to a nice girl name lily and she was able to get my equipment to me the next day! Thanks so much for being on top of it and being able to pull strings to get it so fast. I very much appreciate your services ! Keep up the great customer service ??

I would give less than zero if I could. They do not care about patient at all. They never follow up, and hardly answer the phones.The offices do not coordinate with each other well. Me as a patient end up not having my new cpap,because lincare did not do its job. How can you sleep at night,when because of yur faut,you patient can not get sleep at nights?. Ofcourse you do not care.I am not going to use this company ever.

I have been dealing with LinCare and it is one the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are not keeping their promises and lie to their client. I am a professional myself and my client has been left without her feeding formula and they are not doing anything about it. Incredibly frustrating !!! Don't use this company if you can avoid using them !!! Their rating should be .5 stars.

If I can give a zero star, I would. I wanted order cpap supplies since Aug 15th. It’s been over two months, I still haven’t gotten the correct stuff. It’s not life or death, but what happens to those who need supplies for their lives? Can’t imagine

I sent over my prescription twice from two different fax machines and my doctor sent it over twice but they never reached out. I called them about 6 times and then they said it was being reviewed - I called back two weeks later and they said they never received the prescription. I do not understand how this company is in business - I would not recommend this company!!!

How this company (at least this location) is even in business in beyond imagining. So bad, bad bad bad. Never answer the phone, never follow up, they do not bill correctly, do not show up with oxygen or system maintenance as they are suppose too. Once they've rented equipment they disappear and will never provide any support services. It should be criminal.
