In July 2023, made decision and investment to sign up for 90-day challenge with coach Tom Miller because my health became a priority. The first days after signing up were mentality and physically challenging but I didn't quit and kept pushing myself. Having constant support from my coach has made it easier to follow the program. Now after a month of following a nutrition plan, intermittent fasting, and exercises I have lost 10+ pounds so far. I am happy because I feel much lighter and pleased with changes I seeing in my body.

I LOVE Lifelight Fitness!! If you have hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, out of wack hormones, this program works. I have tried a good bit of other programs out there and didn't have the success that I'm having with this one! I highly recommend giving Lifelight Fitness a try. It's a positive and friendly group of leaders and clients that encourage and motivate you. It's a special group, I'm so glad I found them. Much love guys!! P.S. I've been in this group for 6.5 weeks and have lost 24 pounds. I'm stoked!!

Lifelight Fitness has amazing programs and Coach Tom and Coach Rowena go above and beyond reaching out and making sure you have everything you need to be successful! I'm only a couple months in and I've already lost over 30 pounds, 7 inches off my waist, and my fasted blood glucose is in the \\\"normal\\\" range for the first time in years! And they don't just care about health and fitness, but about improving your life overall--I've had convos with Coach Tom that were better than therapy! I honestly can't say enough about this company/program! If you've given up because you've tried everything and nothing works, definitely give this a try! I'm so glad I did!

I had my appt with Coach Tom. He was SO nice, patient, understanding AND HONEST. He asked many questions and allowed me to do the same. He was straight forward. let me know about the program, cost, benefits and work that will need to be done to be successful. So far very good results ??. He is ALWAYS available for any ?'s and has been VERY SUPPORTIVE. THANK YOU Coach Tom!!! ?

For me, this program with the GH Fasting is the best I’ve ever been on I’ve tried almost everything you could think of, and I could say without any hesitant that this program will be the last program that I will try because it shows results I lost the weight I wanted to lose. I’m on vacation. I’m not fasting as normal my fasting is a little shorter, but I still haven’t gained back any weight I haven’t lost anything but I didn’t gained anything which is great, I would advise anyone to try this program start off slow and increase and increase and increase and you will see how great your going to feel. the concentration that your mind is going to get your digestive system is going to get a rest your body is going to feel so much lighter. I feel wonderful at 63. I feel like I’m in my 40s. Honestly I have more energy Than I ever had with any other program who would have believe not eaten for a long period of time you could achieve such great results people stick to it I promise it is going to work you’ve tried everything else. Why not try the best

So pleased to have found Coach Tom, Ro and team on my journey to attain a healthy lifestyle. He shares his knowledge and guidance in a variety of formats which makes it easier for all types of learners. He is a “straight shooter” done with kindness after he knows your goals. Since this is a lifestyle change - working on how I think. This is a process not a quick fix. Feedback to questions are prompt and backed by science. I am grateful For Lifelight fitness.

Wow!! Life changing!!!! This is the FIRST fitness program I’ve found that offers sustainable and life-changing results! It’s a comprehensive program - mind, body, and soul - and guided me through real achievable goals/results. My 20 pound weight-loss goal was achieved in half the time I planned for… and I just got to make another more challenging goal to take me to a level of health that is beyond what I thought was possible for myself! My life will never be the same!! Forever grateful!!

Coach Tom incorporates both intense and focused energy in assuring you this program is designed for over-arching goal achievement, as well as science-backed and proven methods and measures to see through the results we're looking for. Extremely encouraging and fearless when getting to the truth of why anyone might want to do or change anything in their life. Very powerful when done the right way, and Tom has it down pact!!

I just finished the 28 day intermittent fasting program. I was not sure if an online program would work. The online tools that they give you are amazing - menu, recipes, workouts. I followed the guidelines and I lost 12 pounds in 28 days. The coaches were readily available to talk to and help with any questions. Rowena was wonderful to work with. She is a great encourager! So glad I tried the program.

I just finished 28day intermittent fasting fat attack. It works! Before starting this challenge, I told coach Tom that I was on steroids and gained weight and did intermittent fasting for over a year and it didn't work. He assured me that this works. I was a little skeptical (not a little, because I tried everything, and nothing worked). But this worked! I lost weight during these 28 days, and I feel great. Just follow coach Tom's instructions, workouts and you'll see the results. If I could do it, you can do it!

Seriously - Tom completely changed my life with his knowledge and program. Everything he told me to do, I followed - and I hit my goal in 3 months. It is a game changer to work with Lifelight and I would recommend Tom Miller to ANYONE who is serious about taking control of their health.
