The level of professionalism and class was superior. Our salesperson, Kevin Chow, was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to reply to questions (we shopped online and he helped via email and phone). Pricing was incredibly fair. Finance staff did an excellent job explaining optional warranties, car features and service options.
From start to finish the team made us feel important and made the buying experience a joy. This will be one of several cars we buy from this location over the years.

I recently went out of town for several days and I wanted to be sure my car was in perfect condition as I was driving through the mountains. I contacted my service advisor, Jason Portillo, who immediately set up an appointment for a "road trip check" . Not only does Lexus make a great car, their customer service is impeccable. There's nothing like being assured your car is in perfect working order as you drive away from the dealership. And you can't ask for more than the responsiveness you receive from service team, especially Jason who has been with Lexus of Pleasanton for many years and has overseen the service of my three prior Lexus automobiles.

An enjoyable, stress free, educational process of purchasing a used RX350. Steve Cacela is professional, personable and extremely helpful. Hashim Bishop in finance is efficient and friendly. I felt cared for and well treated.

Service Advisor Mr. John Clutter was wonderful. Dropped of my car, trying to get a loaner for 30K service, originally scheduled for advisor was out that day, John took over, John was very pleasant to talk/work with, making sure I understood what would be done; and personally went out to get a loaner ready for me; and walked me through making sure I could handle the brand new RX (there are changes to the operations), that is above most expectation, as most places will simply give you the car key. Also, John kept me up to date on the status, what is OK and what is/will be needed. Very glad meeting John for the 1st time. Will definitely ask for/schedule with him for next service.
Schedule your next service with John, you will be happy with the service... but then again maybe not, as this will take all his time, and will make it difficult for me to schedule my appt. next time, haha... really, John is a great guy to work with.

Revew from 2022: The entire team at Lexus of Pleasanton is exceptional. I haven't had a bad experience, especially since this was the first vehicle I purchased on my own. Syed is an amazing salesperson. He went the extra mile to help me secure my first vehicle. Austin is an outstanding sales manager for making it happen as well. Ray Lin helped me with my 5K maintenance, and Jim Fell helped me with my 10K maintenance. Both are knowledgeable and communicative about the servicing of my car. I will be referring friends in the future to this location.

I recently purchased my second car from Lexus of Pleasanton, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The team is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and truly committed to customer satisfaction.
Chris King in sales was outstanding. He kept me informed about incoming vehicles that matched my specifications and even went the extra mile by contacting me when a sale fell through on a car I was particularly interested in. His dedication made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable.
Syed Hussain, who had previously assisted me with my first car purchase, helped with the financing this time around. It was great to see a familiar face, and his personalized service made me feel valued as a returning customer.
Overall, the team at Lexus of Pleasanton exceeded my expectations, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. Their excellent customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.
