Staff was very polite, clean, accomodating, and the entire process of getting blood and urine samples was quick and easy.

Watch out for this location not accepting walk-ins. I understand staffing shortages, but this should be posted on a website or something to help people avoid wasting time finding out when they arrive.

Bella was amazing and tentative to my special accommodations!! Because of this, I kept consciousness and was able to leave in our car versus an ambulance. I hope I don't need to come back anytime soon, but when I do, I'm comforted knowing that I'm in good hands.

11/8/2023 Possibly the rudest and most unprofessional receptionist I have ever spoke too. She has no business working with the public speaking to them the way she does. Wish I got a name. 12:45-1pm.

They accept walk-ins, all you gotta do is Check in and have a seat. It’s better if you get there early when it’s not too busy. We walked in 10 minutes before they called and we were out within 20-25 minutes. Quick and great customer service. Clean sitting area, staff are patient focused and follow their rules & regulations. Definitely better than some other locations in central Bay Area.

Horrible service, make me wait for 50 mins just over a misspelled last name and had to go back and forth with the doctors office for the same. Finally, when I came out strict about me wanting to get it done on the wrong name order itself, they let me go for the bloodwork saying that I will have to deal with the insurance issues etc that may come up due to misspelling

Infinite times better than Quest.Quest was a doozy, tried calling ahead with no luck to speaking with someone (i wanted to double check it was okay to show up without a physical copy of lab order), showed up and they're backed up on appointments so walk-ins aren't really advised. Overall just a bad vibe, maybe it didn't help seeing all the negative reviews... Sat for 20 minutes and someone comes out and states that they're understaffed and backed up so there's no guarantees for walk-ins.I got my doctor to change my lab order to Labcorp the same day and got everything done within an hour.Called in, spoke to an actual human that was incredibly helpful. Came in and was greeted by two wonderful receptionists, had to thank them profusely for actually being there to assist with check in (compared to Quest's kiosk with no one at the desk to help with questions).I absolutely had to emphasize the difference between LabCorp and Quest. Super happy i was able to maneuver around the Quest roadblock.

Great service Great and friendly workers/technicians this location is the best. Had to drive all the way after denied service in the Castro Valley location but they are the best.

Labcorp still lives in 20th century!!! I had the doctor’s order in my phone and they needed a printout of it and because of this reason they didn’t do my test. I asked to forward it to them to get a printout there and they denied. So I had my lab order and they didn’t do my test just because I had it on my phone and not a hard copy with me. Labcorp go back to 20th century where you belong!!!!

The nurse dropped her glove on the floor, wore the same glove and proceeded with the bloodwork. She didn't sanitize her hands with the dirty glove on either. I'm certain this violates lab work safety rules and is very dangerous.
