Amazon return was hidden towards the back of the store closer to the shoe department so took me longer time waiting in their customer service return area. The store is not busy so merchandise was well organized. Some Nike or Adidas items only had larger sizes, no small or medium available

Great place for Amazon returns. However, Make sure you have your receipt for return at this location. I misplace mines and wanted to return a $16 pillow for store credit. I didn't mind if they wanted my ID, but they wanted my SS# for a $16 return!! I told them I'm not applying for a card or looking for a job, why would you need it? The lady said she works there for 10 years and that's their policy. I was so annoyed, so I went to other location nearby and they apologize and didn't even ask for my ID for the store credit.

The manager was rude. Our friend wore pants to cash register due to emergancy situation and wanted to pay at register. The manager told my friend to purchase and then put on. We purchased but it was rude of him to get mad at us for the order of the purchase put on. I let him know Nordstrom’s lets everyone do it that way he said this isn’t Nordstrom. He was just talking back and rude

This is the worst Kohl's store in the area. I have been living here in Pleasanton since 2008 and my experience had been not so bad but gradually it has become worse. I noticed there are so many south indian ladies working here who has ruined the culture and customer experience. They are extremely rude, they don't apply discounts to items on purpose even though they are aware of it, and they all communicate in their own language in front of the customers. What makes it worse is that the store manager is South Indian and hires friends and family so basically a lot of nepotism. I suggest going the extra distance to the Livermore Kohl's which was an extremely pleasant experience compared to this one. I believe a thorough investigation on ethical behavior and customer service needs to be initiated at this location because this staff is simply ruining the Kohl's brand.

Elnora was AMAZING! She always is. Pleasanton store is by far the BEST Kohl’s I have ever been to. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been super friendly and helpful. And the store is always so clean.
