Very knowledgeable and very kind. I just had a tummy tuck, and I was having difficulties finding a post-op lymphatic massager. I had found one lady before Kimmi, but she wasn’t comfortable giving me massages with an open wound. My wound specialist nurse was actually the one who referred me to Kimmi. I’m really glad because now I’m getting regular massages that have helped my situation tremendously and she’s given me good tips on how I can heal better.

I placed an order online over 2 weeks ago, item never shipped. I emailed them to request information about my order and as of now I have not gotten a response. Will never oder from them again.

The owner, and Mia helped me at my appointment. They are remarkably knowledgeable about post-operative care. Their expertise and kindness significantly eased my post-op concerns by thoroughly explaining the healing stages, providing me with a well-fitted faja, and offering a lymphatic drainage massage. Prior to my visit, I was experiencing considerable discomfort, but upon leaving, I felt remarkably improved and grateful for discovering Kimmi Couture Shapewear. Without a doubt, I plan to return for additional services in the future.

I purchased a waist trainer 11-26-22 . I had been emailing Kimmi Couture letting company know I haven't received my order 12/13/22 -12-22-22 . Finally I got an email telling me the company is waiting on shipment from Colombia when company get my Large waist trainer; The company will ship my order. 01-05-23 I emailed Kimmi Couture there needs to be a update on my order. No one is telling me progress on my order but got my money and ignoring me and acting like I don't exist I'm not important ;so I emailed the company today on January 17 , 2023 I want my refund. I want my money back bad customer service I don't have time, time is money & now the company has my money there is no interest to take care of my needs...I have emailed total of 10 got only 2 responses back.

I ordered postpartum shape wear I November 2021. I paid to return it and then paid to have an exchange reshipped, but never received a product. After emailing the company in January after a few weeks of no communication, they finally got back to me and said they were having issues due to Covid. When I said the item was no longer needed as it had been so long, they said they would refer the issue to a manager. It is now April and I have not heard back from them after several emails. They steal money. What’s even sadder is they stole money from new mother during covid, a time of financial hardship. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered postpartum shape wear in November of 2021. I received the product and sent it back for an exchange on December 23, 2021. I even paid for shipping for the exchange. I did not hear anything for several weeks. When I reached out, the company told me they were having issues due to Covid. By this time it was January and I no longer needed the post partum Shapeware. I requested a refund and they said a manager would reach out. It is now April and I did not receive a product or my money back. This was in the amount of $80. They refuse to answer any of my other emails. Do not buy from this company. They steal money.

The best customer service, very friendly and honest. Fajas are 100% authentic and you can see a difference. Or if you need services she offers packages which I loved. I highly recommend. She is the best!!!!

I came across this cute store and wanted to check out their active wear. The woman helping me was super nice and let me try on a couple pairs, stating that they are great quality and I will be very happy with my purchase. As I was checking out she proceeded to tell me if I'm not happy to come back in. I was also wanting to come back for some other services as well I was with happy with the customer service. After trying on the leggings a couple times I realised it wasn't the best fit, and was actually very uncomfortable. I emailed the store and told her what happened, and she said there was nothing she could do. :( I spent $100 on these and also bought a sports bra. She could've at least let me come in to exchange for something else. So sad because I was genuinely excited to come back in!

Kim is the absolute BEST. Ever! Hands down I have been going to her for almost 2 years now. From getting ready for my wedding and now post baby body -she has been assisting me thru all of my body needs! From the waist trainer to the KURVELUX services she does I have never been so happy!! I would be so lost without her!!! Thank you for making life so enjoyable and my body is is getting back to my pre baby body and that's a HUGE THANKS TO YOU!
