I cracked the band on my engagement ring and brought it here to be repaired. I went in on a Wednesday and was told it would be done either by that Friday or the following Tuesday, and would be about $80. I unfortunately did not get a documented pickup date, this was only a verbal conversation. By Thursday of the following week, I had still not heard anything from them regarding the status of my ring, so I called 4 times and was unable to get through any of the four times. I went in the next day thinking at that point my ring must have been done for at least several days, based on the latest pickup date they communicated to me. However, I go in to the shop only to find out it was still not ready. They, again, told me it would now be done probably later that day, or in a couple more days at most. A full week later, I still had received no communication from them if my ring was done or not. I went in again, and fortunately it was finished this time, but they charged 30% more than what they had originally quoted when I first dropped my ring off. Looks like there are some good reviews for them, so maybe my scenario was a one-off issue. However, due to the extended amount of time it took them to complete the job, the failure to deliver by the agreed upon pickup window, the lack of communication, not answering their phone, and the discrepancy on cost of services, I will certainly not be going back.

My fiancé and I went into Kasaria to look at wedding bands and could not be happier with our experience! Sue and her daughter took care of us and made sure we knew exactly what was happening through each step of the process. I think their pricing is great and we love to support our local family owned businesses. For your jewelry needs we highly recommend Kasaria!!

My wife knew George and Sue back when they were in Newark. Such a lovely family own business. It's been 25+ years and we just visited them again to repair Renee's wedding ring and they gladly received it. It's currently by appointment during the week but we popped in on a Saturday. So glad we did because we spotted a few pieces of Tazanite they just put out on display and BOOM now it'll be on Renee's ears! YAY!!! We love Renee's 25th anniversary ring too! Thank you Sue & George, you are loved dearly!! Always in our prayers!

I love Kasaria Jewelers they have great customer service. I love that they're a family-owned business. My fiancee and I were so pleased to hear that they could redesign his great-grandmother's ring and make it into my wedding band.

I went in today with my wife to inquire about getting my wedding ring cleaned and diamonds tightened. The gentlemen was so incredibly rude to us and said come back when it's good for him. I was simply inquiring about how much and like most jewelers they will take it and then tell you to come back in a few days. I'm appalled at his lack of customer service. I haven't bought anything from here before, but I definitely won't ever now. Respect and being a nice human goes along way. They should try it someday! 0 stars is not an option.

My niece and I went to Kasaria Jewelers today 5/5/21 to get several of my rings resized, and to see if a ring for my niece could be reset. Mr. Kasaria and his daughter were the kindest, honorable, and most helpful people I have done business with in a very long time. Mr. Kasaria suggested to my niece that she keep the ring in it's current setting as it would be too expensive to remake, it was beautiful and to just wear it. He cleaned the ring for her and she was ecstatic. If you are looking for a great jeweler I highly recommend Kasaria Jewelers. It's family owned which is a plus for me.

George & Sue are not only great people but run a fantastic business. George created my first engagement ring 18 years ago. He just recently made a diamond band for me that is absolutely beautiful. My fiancé and i needed ro clean her wedding ring and we were pleasantly greeted by the owner of the Jewelry store! She was so friendly and welcomed us in without an appointment and cleaned my fiance's rings for free! We will definitely be returning there in the future!

Can't say enough. So happy with my experience with Kasaria jewelers. I had a name necklace made for my daughters 15th birthday. I turned in our gold and he gave me a fair price. They made it for me in less then one week and it turned out precious. She absolutely loved her gift. We will be coming back for sure!
