She tailored several dresses for me perfectly and also has a fantastic selection of preloved clothes from donations, along with new items, beautiful shoes, and accessories in her shop. “I'm so happy I found this place. The owner did a wonderful job on my gold bangle bracelet. The bracelet had been fixed twice by different jewelers. Nowhere near this workmanship. He was able to replace the clasps on my pearl bracelet without having to restring it. Wonderful job. He also fixed the broken watch band on my sons watch. No need to replace the band as I thought. The work he's done is a lost art. His attention to detail and the workmanship is just wonderful. He takes pride in his work and he very nice too. I recommend.”

“Studio Seven has some very cool local art from the Pleasanton region. I also viewed Bay Area art and then was pleased to discover art that complemented various regions of the state. While paintings were primary there was a great deal of glass and woodwork as well. One should find enough art here to captivate your attention for some time.”
“Went on the hunt to two sentimental pieces fixed up. I had a hell of a time finding a silversmith but a local jeweler recommended this place as they only did platinum and gold rings. The place is unassuming and kind of cluttered at first sight but there are literal hidden gems everywhere. The store owner Scott knows his stuff! He's eccentric for sure but a brilliant craftsman and has a great passion for what he does. Once you get him talking, you understand how invested he is in his craft. Doesn't have conventional customer service skills but does have genuine joy when customers are happy with his work. And the price was reasonable. $30 for upsizing my ring and $20 for my other project. (Not posting as it is a gift). I left a very happy customer and will be back for a few of his custom pieces. If you are a thrifter, silver wearer or just love thing-a-mabobs, this place is for you!”

“We used to order online but a few weeks ago we decided to visit the Pleasanton Pandora since we were already there. I have to say I am impressed! The workers are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ariana specifically has been our favorite worker; in additions, she is so professional/patient with me and my family. She actually makes us want to go back & purchase more. So far we have bought 2 bracelets & about 10 charms.I also genuinely appreciated that not one worker was on their phone and they were completely attentive! I've gone into too many stores where everyone's just on their phones and it's annoying.”

“Bought my warranties for all my watches almost 10 years ago from this location when it newly opened. I have been going here for years and never had a problem. Customer service is consistent. They will check records if you don't bring your warranty card which I never do.”
