This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. They hold your money hostage, and never return calls or emails. We get excuse after excuse saying they are on vacation or unavailable. I would never ever recommend this place!! They treat you like complete garbage. They have such poor customer service, they obviously don't think or care about the possibility of our family continuing business with them. Do not trust that you will ever be able to withdraw your money from this poorly run "business".

I'm leaving this review because Morgan Stanley now owns Etrade. All of the Etrade locations have closed and they don't seem to have a profile on yelp to leave a review. Etrade / Morgan Stanley customer is absolutely horrible. You cannot get anyone. You will sit on the phone for hours and hours waiting for help.

Chase Henley is an amazingly talented individual. He has helped get me, several members of my family and close friends get set up with investing. He is always available to answer any questions or concerns that I have. He is fast to respond and sends out helpful information via email with important dates and reminders. I could not recommend a better person and company to work with.
