After the Team store closing date, the delivery date announced was respect and was exactly the date they announced. First, the service end was really good. I had never done this before, and Alyssa was very helpful. The product arrived from China today, and everything is way off. Honestly, I knew as soon as I saw the package I was in trouble. 8 shirts and two pairs of shorts fit inside a small FedEx padded envelope We spent a lot of time with the size chart. Not only did we verify measurements, we also compared their size chart with Fox, and they were virtually identical. I have a large MTB jersey that makes me look like I am trying to wear lycra. The medium short sleeve fits my arms but not my height. Ordered 2 sizes, thinking one would fit, and I would give the other away. at 5'0, 175lbs, neither the medium nor large fit properly. The sorts are too long yet tight in the waste. The adjustment does not work well. Definitely a huge bummer. I was pretty excited to get this

The design concept I gave them was incredible simple. All the designer had to do was put the elements on the jerseys the way I instructed. I specifically asked for hi visibility yellow and white on black. Very simple. Throughout the course of our interaction the yellow on the jerseys appeared to be primary yellow. I asked repeatedly for hi vis and was repeatedly told me that is the color I would get. The designer never uploaded the 3D images that would have allowed to see the jersey close up. When I received them ($1600+) they had both primary yellow and hi visibility yellow! I was told the designer took creative license and made the decision to use both even after I explicitly asked not to use primary yellow. They did however, offer 50% off for a new order without the primary yellow. This is not the first time this has happened and it looks like they benefit from their own mistakes. The customer service was horrendous and I will be using another company in the future who doesn't feel it's their right to disregard the customers wishes.

Ordered over a $1,000 worth of product from this company. I immediately noticed that I had ordered the wrong size for just one of the shirts. I emailed them right after placing the order. There was confusion as I thought they told me they would cancel that item as they couldn't edit or adjust the size. They claim that they told me they would cancel the whole order. I realize miscommunications can happen but what kind of company can't edit their own orders? What kind of customer service is that? When the order didn't arrive at the time I expected I gave them a few days and reached out via email. They immediately notified me that the order was canceled. Its odd that the sales rep wouldn't at least send me a personal note saying "hey, just so you know we don't have any order for you. Anything I can help with?" But I got nothing from the sales rep at all. Giving them one last chance I asked if they could help me with a discount and to standby their company and customer service since I was put out by this. They said "Nope, nothing we're going to do!" I then went here to see their reviews and now consider myself lucky that I don't have to deal with them anymore! I should've read the reviews first! Don't deal with this company! Sadly this $1,000 order was only a trial run for me and I was going to order much larger orders for my company! As I said I got lucky to not have to deal with them anymore! Do yourself a favor as another reviewer put it and avoid dealing with them at all!

Really high quality kit for a super price! The chamois is the perfect size and support (when compared to other brands like Castelli, Velocio, Eliel, Craft, Voler). The Solar bibs fit comfortably and aren’t too long; the Ultra race cut jersey is incredibly light and perfect for hot weather. The Vuelta Pro long sleeve jersey will keep you warm yet it maintains a sleeker race fit, and the Holeshot CX suit is incredibly comfortable to perform in. The design team at Jakroo has a surprisingly fast turnaround, faster than any company I’ve worked with on custom kit.

WOW, WOW & WOW!!! I wanted a custom jersey and found Jakroo as a century I'm doing was using them for their jersey's. As everyone knows getting it custom made is tough, hard to know what size and cut you need and once it's printed you own it. In the process of ordering they offer some great services. 1) they ask you to measure to ensure the right size and cut, 2) once your art work is loaded up they will at no charge fine tune what you did for placement and alignment and 3) send you back a proof to make sure you like it. Received the jersey today and the quality is super, zipper is strong and material in the jersey I selected is thin enough to feel your breath if you blow through it. Not heavy or hot and the reflective parts glow under light. Thank you for a great experience and I will be getting more custom items from Jakroo in the future!

FALSE ADVERTISING! THEY SAY 2 WEEKS DELIVERY THEY DO NOT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUBPAR THEY WONT TAKE THE BLAME AND STILL CHARGE YOU. THIS IS A DROPSHIPPING COMPANY DISGUISED AS A MANUFACTURER, THATS WHY THEY DONT HAVE THE CONTROL OF THE PROCESS.

Their jerseys are excellent - and so are their prices. Their customer service, however, is abysmal. Good luck getting anyone on the phone...ever. It’s been awhile since I’ve experienced this level of poor costumer service.

Bought a pair of custom bib shorts. Design looks good, but padding and lycra are poor quality. The lycra is transparent showing anyone behind me my butt crack. I've always complained about riders buying cheap bike shorts. The only difference here is that I paid good money for these.
