I returned an online order today & tried on a few outfits. The staff treated me warmly and welcomed the return. A few years ago, I can say that I wasn't met with the same warmth for an online return. Great job, J Jill. Nice turnaround. Thank you for an attentive staff!

My daughter and I went shopping here and had such a good experience! Everyone wore masks and there was plenty of room to distance and still browse. The person helping us was attentive but not smothering and helped us exchange sizes as we needed to. The sizes here run large which I think made getting just what looks right easier. For example I took a small in a blouse I wanted a tighter fit but a medium in a sweater I wanted to flow. They have both casual and dressy styles. They tend to be expensive but often have great sales. More than anything these days we had great fun on our first shopping date in a long time!

I was recently in to make a return for an online purchase. The ladies were polite and helpful and while I was there I bought more clothes. Shopping at J.Jill in person and online is always a great experience.

Very unfortunate customer service. I went into the store and was completely ignored. The store was dead. Apparently it is more important to fold shirts than to greet customers. They saw me. I was the average woman in jeans and a t-shirt, on a mission to buy a quality sweater for a friend's birthday gift. As I left I was still ignored. I told the lady at the very front who ignored me as I was walking out that I wouldn't be back, as it appears that no one had the courtesy to even acknowledge me. Her response was "Well we're having a sale." Could have fooled me, there was only one other customer in the store, and it was two hours before closing so that wasn't the problem, nor was the money I had to spend. But I will never return.

My friend and I went into jjill, and we had so much fun shopping. The girls helpful and the manager was very sweet. She went the extra mile for me. I usually shop in the one in Stockton and those girls are fabulous. I only shop at jjill and I love not only the clothes but the girls too

ROSM ASM, CAROL ALTEMUS ( manager) was rude and she discriminated customer!!!!! VERY BAD customer service!!! Very rude sales associates!!! If you want to be treated good go to different store(((

I've been a J. Jill customer for at least 15 years. This was my first time shopping at this store. I must say, I did not like it. There were 2-3 salespeople while I was there, and I could never find one. They would ask each other questions from across the store (like, "Will you get me the Swiffer?" to the woman who was helping me. Why didn't the one woman get the Swiffer herself?). They didn't seem to know the styles as well I do. I would ask my main saleswoman where something was located, and she'd say they didn't have that, and then I would find it. She would go in the back room to check on stock for me, but then get distracted, and only when she'd see me again would she remember, and say, "Oh, I forgot to go check." Seemed pretty unprofessional. Then , when she was typing up my online order (b/c they were out of some things), she kept typing incorrectly, and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't go through. I had to keep telling her that it was written wrong, and showing her which buttons to press to get to the right areas. I can't say it was an awful experience. She was nice enough, and I did get most everything I had come for, but it was not a pleasant experience, and I won't be going back to that one.
