“We stay at The Rose Hotel every December. It’s perfectly located in downtown Pleasanton with lots of shops and restaurants within just a few minutes’ walk. The outlets are just 15 min away and are always fun. Parking is easy and there are even free charging stations available to guests only. The rooms are fantastic - spacious, quiet, windows that open, large bathrooms with separate water closet and soaking tub, daily cleaning service and turn down, 2 comfortable chairs, cozy blankets and very comfortable beds. I often don’t want to leave the room. The bar downstairs is perfect for before and after dinner drinks - they even bring popcorn and peanuts to enjoy while you sip your wine or cocktail. The morning breakfast is exactly what you need - nothing extravagant but with plenty of options from fresh fruit to smoked salmon to oatmeal to eggs benedict. Coffee in room (French Press) and in lobby is fresh and flavorful, tea options available as well. I always look forward to our annual visit.”

“The check in process was extremely straight forward and the front desk agent Jana went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. Very beautiful property with an amazing gym I might add, (the peloton bike was an added bonus)! We will definitely stay here again.”

“First time staying here. Was welcomed right away from the hotel receptionist. Very friendly and welcoming. Check in really fast. Pros- Such a big room! Sad I didn't have more time to spend there. Pros-spacious room, full size refrigerator, a big desk, a hard wire internet connection, half size stove with clean dishes stocked throughout. Cons- Stair access only, could be tough with heavy luggage. Would definitely have to get an accessible room on the first floor if you have mobility challenges. The bed is a little hard especially for a side sleeper. Overall, the hotel is clean. The location is pretty nice and the ambiance is really nice. Walking distance to a few restaurants. I think the next time I would definitely get a rental car so I can drive around. I'm giving this place 4 stars because there was a hole in the carpet. That was very strange.”

“A well run property, and at an excellent price point. The breakfast had ketchup in a pump dispenser, I've not seen that before. Much easier to put on my scrambled eggs. They're serious about the no smoking, a room near me had the "deodorizing in progress" sign up, yep, someone smoked/vaped, and they're getting charged.I'd stay again, no doubt”

The best thing was access to Bay Club, you will be so surprised at how huge, clean and amazing the Club is!! We will be back!!Safety: The parking is safe and free”

“Was coming back from Yosemite, got stuck in a traffic jam, took this exit and saw a Motel 6, with several places to eat within walking distance. Decided to spend the night right there instead of fighting the traffic. NO regrets with my decision!”

“Home for the Sunday, 8/27/23 night. Had a wedding at Ruby Hills and decided to book this hotel (15 minutes away). Close to a lot of shops especially the outlet outdoor shopping center.Decent size room #668 and was a pleasant stay. The only one complaint is that my daughter bed was a section that made her sinked into the bed... bc she has back issues, she was uncomfortable. As far as that, it was quiet.”

“My only negative is that the smoking is right by the doors. So if you get a room near a door( 2windows away), like I did, and expect to open your window for fresh air... bad move.. So much for fresh CA air!!The breakfast was plenty nice. Actually stayed 2 nights, and had a different choice each day.. that was nice.Rooms were fine. Walls a tad thin, I could here even Norma conversations from the next room, but, guess they had to listen to my snoring, so that evened out!!!Location was great... decent bang for my buck. Fulfilled my, around $100 a night, priorities..Rooms: It is a kitchen room, so it had a full size refrigerator that was nice. I didn't cook, but guess if your going to stay for a week or more, it'd probably be a great deal...”
