“This place was awesome! I travel for work and I stay in a lot of hotels. This place was just amazing. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is decent, and the room was immaculate. The area is very convenient and safe. The amenities are plentiful, and every Tuesday, they hook up a free appetizer and free beer or wine! Of all my travels, in all of the places I have stayed, this place was delightful. I would strongly recommend this place over the neighboring hotels.”

“Had a pleasant week staying at the Hyatt. Rooms was clean and had a good range of amenities inside the kitchenette including an oven and a fridge-freeze. Bed was comfortable and the shower was ok. The only (minor) criticism would be the lack of a central ceiling light in the main bedroom but that wasn't a major issue. The room was generally quiet too.
Breakfast was certainly nicer than most other hotels in the area but the variety was a bit limited”

“The check in process was extremely straight forward and the front desk agent Jana went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. Very beautiful property with an amazing gym I might add, (the peloton bike was an added bonus)! We will definitely stay here again.”
“Stayed for one night, great stay, comfortable bed and AWESOME gorgeous morning sunrise, a little far from where I wanted to be but otherwise great place.
The lobby restaurant, Lone Oak, had good dinner and breakfast, the recommended Asian rice bowl (a little too sweet for me) and chicken wings were delicious. The avocado toast with whole egg (instead of egg whites) had lots of guacamole and was superb.”
“A well run property, and at an excellent price point. The breakfast had ketchup in a pump dispenser, I've not seen that before. Much easier to put on my scrambled eggs.They're serious about the no smoking, a room near me had the "deodorizing in progress" sign up, yep, someone smoked/vaped, and they're getting charged.I'd stay again, no doubt”

“I stayed here from 10/18 to 10/20 and had a great experience thanks to Crystal at the front desk. Working the afternoon and night shift, she was patient, kind, and friendly to our group. She handled all our inquiries calmly and kept the line moving smoothly, demonstrating excellent service throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her professionalism.”
“They have improved a ton since the last time I was here. The rooms are still a bit dated but the bathroom was nicely renovated. Still a great place to stay during a quick SF visit.
Nearby activities: It is in the middle of everything. With the expressway right next door it is easily one of the best locations for a hotel.”
“There's a mandatory parking fee imposed $10 / day that I was not aware of. And my room was not ready even though I arrived at 4:30pm and check-in is at 3pm and I had already confirmed check-in online 24 hours ahead.”

“I can’t believe I haven’t written a review before but I’ve been coming here almost monthly since the pandemic started . This is my home away from home and the folks who work here , my family . There’s no where else I’d stay , and they everything you’d ever look for in a high class resort . I love the holiday decor, bkfts, quiet. Wonderful caring staff. Can’t say enough. I’ll keep coming for as long as I can drive from my home in the Sierra’s.”
