They do a good job, but they are expensive. Dry cleaning of a suit is 35$. I just inquired about a women’s Indian dress and they quoted me for 45$. So I would say good service but very expensive. Hopefully they reduce the prices especially in an environment like this.

Initially, the experience was decent, with a few occasional missed dates that were not a major concern. However, things took a turn when I placed a relatively large order for 20 shirts. It's important to note that these shirts were not dress shirts or full sleeve shirts, but rather casual wear from Old Navy and a Columbia outlet. To my surprise, the owner decided to charge me a premium fee of nearly $7 per shirt instead of the usual $3. Their reasoning behind this was that the shirts had pockets, which apparently made them qualify as premium shirts. When I inquired about the distinction between a regular shirt and a premium shirt, an argument ensued, and the owner merely offered a meager 5% discount on the entire bill while continuing to overcharge me.Given this experience, I cannot recommend this place unless they make significant improvements to their questionable practices.Services: Laundry wash & fold

3 stars why?#1. yes they do a good fairly job#2. mending, hemming, altering is SUPER EXPENSIVE#3. they will forget from time to time to pick up my stuff, they do not care that I alerted them as I need to have a few things in my bag to make it worth the drive, seriously no biggie, I always call and let them know.My problem is when they are gently notified that they missed my pick up, they are RUDE and make the situation my fault and literally ARGUE with me. What in the world is going on here, I have used them for many many years and have put up with this? Larry the owner tried to argue with me a few times, but will always calm down and listen, but the wife or other owner could care less. She talks over me, cuts me off and truly does not care. We have been business owners in the past and had 80 employees, there would not be one time that would be acceptable, even if a customer is inappropriate or bugged or rude, it is the business owners job to work the situation out in a reasonable manner. The way they speak to me is not worth it. We are human, we have faults, we make mistakes, it's NORMAL. So why not just say "oh I do apologize Elizabeth, we overlooked your pick up, can we pick up next time"? I would be like, sure no problemo at all, thank you!I certainly do not like coming on here and ripping up a business but I felt it was important for those of you wanting to work with a company that cares about your product as well as professionalism and communication.

Ran around different places looking for help sewing stuffed animals neck. Went to Build A Bear, elite cleaners in pleasanton and JoAnn fabric in Dublin. Nobody could sew it.Thankfully hacienda cleaners did it for $10 no wait (Thursday 11am). The staff that sewed it is professional and has experience specifically in Philippines sewing stuffed toys.

Great place, takes about a week for dry cleaning and sometimes difficult nailing down the time when the clothes are ready for pick. They send texts when you drop off but don't follow up with pick up times. Really reasonable rates and wonderful customer service.

Unfortunately I have to share my bad experience with this company.Firstly, I got charge almost 100$ for laundry & 2 shirts. I could have almost bought new clothes instead.Secondly, when I went to pick up my stuff, there were 2 items not yet finished. It took them 2 more days to deliver it and had to go back again.Lastly, one sock is missing...It is sad to see such service... I'm an easy going person, but that was unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. I submitted my treasured suede jacket with a nasty stain on the front. My expectations were that it would only be possible to reduce the stain because of its severity, but they were able to completely remove it! They also targeted several smaller blemishes I hadn't pointed out. I greatly appreciate the care and effort applied to my item and will be returning for my cleaning needs in the future.Pictured is my jacket post cleaning. There was a large dark stain left of the zipper which is completely gone despite having a contrasting color and time to set.

I have been coming to Hacienda Cleaners for over ten years, and their service hasn't missed a beat. The service is always friendly, and they are as flexible as possible when you are in need of your garments and items by a certain day. They provide excellent work, and handle everything with great care. Keep up the great work!

First and last time customer. I had two Indian Cotton Kurtas (basically long button down shirts) that needed to be washed. The lady at checkin was super nice with onboarding me as a customer. On my way out, I asked her how much to expect and she told me it would be around 6.50 each. When I went to pick them up, she was not there and the family that I presume is the owner told me it would be $36 since they are dresses and that's what they charge for dresses. I told them that's not the price I was first told but there's no winning. I was visibly frustrated and told them I'll pay the full amount but it's my last time here to which the younger owner replied "of course you'll pay" with a smirk. The kurtas were well pressed and clean so atleast they got that right but I'll look for other options going forward.

They have been doing a good job with my laundry overall, but what bothered me today was that I took a long dress to cut the length and they quoted me $70 a week a go, but a few days I receive a text from them saying that they can shorten my dress but for $130 and up. Why do they give me a quote in person & leave the dress with them because I agreed with paying $70 and then decide to almost double the price a week later? I said no, picked the dress in the afternoon and took it to Essy's Tailoring & Alterations and he cut the dress for $68. I don't maybe I would have been forced to pay the $130 and up fee if I was in a rush. I don't think that is professional at all.

I agree with Zihan. You canNOT take your luxury items there. They will change the color to dingy whites and lighten your yellows and flatten your glosses and blacks. ALL Luxury items (especially in the $000s)should be shipped to Arrow Cleaners in Kansas City. I am a weekly customer so they have responded to my issues favorably without much backchat. However, they are good for everyday wear cleaning and minor alterations. Pickup and delivery. Pricing and turnaround decent. Communicates via text.Services: Delivery

The quality is good and delivery is nice. I have been pretty disappointed with the pricing. They started adding on "extra care" to a shirt here and there claiming the material of the shirt requires it. It went from one shirt once in a while now to 3 or 4 per visit... same shirts that didn't require it in the past. They double the cost for each one so it has been frustrating to have the added mystery costs each visit.

BE CAREFUL- YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THIS ONCE SOMETHING HAPPENED TO YOUR GARMENT-Please be careful if you want to clean your delicate luxury clothes there, once something happened, this owner definitely won’t do anything about it. You won’t even get an apology. Very rude and disrespectful. Not professional at all.Stains are still here, besides that I found these new adds when I pick it up,sleeve scratched, and not aligned anymore.I bought it back, and told the Korean owner what happened and asked can they fix it. He said “I don’t know what happened, I didn’t do it, the stain is here so maybe you did something and made the scratch.” Literally the original sentence. No apologies and saying it’s my problem. Nothing to do with them. I clearly remember the scratch was not there at all, the lady was marking all of the stains when I dropped it off. Both of us knew there was no scratch and the sleeve was aligned at that time. I claimed this situation and then, the owner asked, so what do you want? What do I want? At least An Apologize man! Not trying to push the responsibilities back to the customer! I want the attitude to solve the problem! This is what I want!
