Omg this location is amazing, the staff are friendly and energetic, the facilities are extremely kept up and look clean. My son has been coming here since he was 6 months old and I would highly recommend this place if your looking to get your kids socialized in a fun environment!

Absolutely love Gymboree Play & Music in Pleasanton! From the moment we walk in, we always feel welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The facility is clean, bright, and perfectly designed for young children to explore, learn, and have fun.
The instructors are amazing—patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring about each child's development. They make every class engaging with a variety of activities that keep the kids excited and eager to participate.
The program is thoughtfully crafted to nurture different aspects of a child's growth, from motor skills to creativity and problem-solving. It's clear that the team at Gymboree Play & Music truly understands the developmental needs of young children and creates an environment that is both educational and fun.
Additionally, we appreciate the sense of community at this location. We've had the opportunity to meet other parents and families, making it a wonderful social experience for us as well.
Gymboree Play & Music in Pleasanton has been a fantastic experience for our family, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and educational place for their little ones!

????Don’t put you card on the system, they start to charge without authorization! They acknowledge that was a a misunderstood,, however “their “ policies doesn’t allow to return the money! What? it’s illegal to charge without express authorization!
Also be aware of the “free “ classes they might charge you!
Besides they call you to say : Good luck in your life, but we are not refunding the money! What company dies that?
Note: they did not refund the free class as stated!!! Yes i wrote this in other channels so people are aware! I even saw that is a similar comment some time ago! Charging other people cards.
Note 2: After all you said to me in the phone, was rude you want me to go in free class?! I want my refund of all charges

My boy started Gymboree classes when he was 7 months and he started to like first free class. Molly let him stay sometime 2 classes a round. He learned a lot. Music class and gym class. I highly recommend to start early.. they have baby classes now they didn’t have it then

We live all the way in San Leandro but my baby loves Ms. Layla so we make the weekly trek to this location because of her.

Ms. Molly is the best. She is kind, bright, and positive. My baby really likes her and always enjoys the time at Gymboree. Just a small wish is the music class was a little bit more developed.

I celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday at this location and am so happy to have made the decision to celebrate at Gymboree. Both are instructors were amazing!Planning : They were very helpful while I was planning the party, they did the decor for us before we arrived, set up the tables for the children and were very friendly and welcoming.They called me in advance of the party to let me know they are short on a table cloth based on the stuff I provided to them.Party: They were extremely energetic during the party, really engaged with the kids and were able to maintain their upbeat attitude throughout the 2 hours of the party!Wrap up: They did all the clean up for us and were just so patient throughoutthe birthday party!Thank you Gymboree for making my daughter's birthday so special!

They did a great job for our Grandsons 2nd birthday party. Lasted about 1 1/2 hours. Kept the pace up so it was never boring.

Simply the best birthday party experience ever! Where do I begin? Thank you, Heather Clarke for everything today. It was magical and memorable in every way for all of us. From the first moment to the final moment we said our goodbyes, Heather and her team of cheerful helpers went beyond any preconceived expectation in terms of service, kindness, helpfulness, organization, and attention to detail. I can’t even begin to express how amazing it was to not have to fuss and fret over the flow and management of my daughter’s birthday today. It was the first time I was actually able to socialize with my guests rather than feel frazzled to make sure everything was handled personally. From set-up to clean-up, Heather and her team handled every detail with ease and expertise. If you’re reading this as a fellow parent and are on the fence of holding a party at home versus booking a spot at Gymboree in Pleasanton, please do yourself the favor of booking and reserving your space now! Your future self will thank you!

My daughter and I have been attending Gymboree in Pleasanton for 3 years and love it. The staff are always friendly, the facility is clean and most importantly my daughter has a great time every time she comes. They have art and music classes and an unlimited membership so you can enjoy all their classes numerous times a week.
