I had such a great experience shopping here! I loved seeing the workshop where they make everything right in the store & am super excited to use all of the products I purchased. Also, the owner and the sales associate were so sweet and helpful explaining all of the products to me. I will definitely be back next time I am in town.

Had a very disappointing shopping experience here tonight. This is my go to store. I have probably spent a couple hundred dollars at this store this year. I’ve directed all my family and friends here, purchased for bdays, Christmas, etc. tonight I came to shop and didn’t have my glasses on. I picked up a lotion on the sale rack. I guess the sticker said “sealed” but without my glasses I thought it said “sample”. I picked it up and unscrewed the top. The stores owner Wendy came over and just absolutely berated me in front of everyone in the store. I got a whole lecture on how horrible it was that I opened the top to the lotion. I can understand that you need to keep the lotion sealed. But it was truly just an accident. You can nicely ask one time for me not to open it totally would’ve been fine. But she just kept coming at me. She very rudely was like “see the sealed sign?!?” Like I was an idiot. I could not believe I was spoken to that way in a store full of her customers. We had things to purchase but just put it on the shelf and left. I’m bummed but I will no longer be shopping at this store after that. They just lost a very loyal customer. My advice is either don’t leave stuff out you don’t want touched or find a much nicer way to approach your customers. I felt like a 5 year old being berated by your teacher in class.

My daughter had her birthday party here and Wendy was amazing! The girls had a great time and she can’t stop talking to her friends about it! The personalized service and high quality products spoke for themselves! 10/10!

The ingredients in the soaps are inflammatory to the body. Additionally, the staff act more and more rude the longer you stay in there. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ended up going back for a gift a few weeks later, got some cute (although expensive) bath bombs. the staff was helpful and friendly this time.

The place smells great. However, I felt like the staff is very protective of the products. They are watching over your shoulder all the time. I thought it was one of those stores where you can self-service soap at least their bubble bath dispensers were presentented that way. It turned out you need to ask for their assistance to do that. I got scolded when pumping my own bubble bath in one of the containers they provided. It didn't feel well. And my friend got scolded for smelling one of the products. Yeah...if you don't want people, you should give instructions how to browse or purchase things at your store. Overall it was not a pleasant shopping experience. The bubble bath was weak too.

This is absolutely my favorite store in downtown Pleasanton. I always find a reason to pop in. They have such great products for skin care, health and wellness. Any time I have a hostess gift, teacher gift, birthday party for me or my kids this is my first stop! The owner and her staff are so helpful and you just feel good when you leave! They’ve opened one in Danville too!

A couple of weeks ago I walked into the store to buy shampoo and conditioner. I just happened to mention and show the owner my rash that appeared on my face. It was really red, itchy, and burning. She said I should try her Tranquility Skin Calming Serum. Almost instantly the burning and itching went away. A few days later my entire rash has gone away. Thankful I found something that helped. I buy all my shower/bath products here. So grateful I found this shop.

I love, love this place! You can always smell how good it's going to be from the outside. Found out it's the spa blend they use in their diffuser. Had to buy one for home of course. You will not go wrong buying a gift for anyone here including yourself. I always find something new or more items I want to try. I go here several times a month to buy gifts because there's always an occasion. The people I've bought gifts for always love them and want to buy more. It's kind of addictive. At least it is for me. Love their hand cream because it doesn't feel greasy. Body scrubs are wonderful. Just got the soap that comes with a loofah and it works really great on the feet. Customer service is always exceptional and all the employees are so knowledgeable about each product and make great suggestions. They can also work with your budget to customize a gift. I love how they use natural products, make everything there, and they also do online shipping. They are opening another shop in Danville, but this will always be my go-to. You won't regret checking out this place and I'm sure you will be back for more!

New ADDICT. I came here with a huge group of 18. The owner Wendy is another level of professionalism. Her background in chemistry clearly shows. She gave a beautiful and informative tour and presentation. Her shop is spectacular and clearly owned and operated with love and care. Everything is hand made right there in house and is fresh. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and hardworking. The shop is an artist's dream with its installations and hands-on experiences. It smells amazing and is a full sensory experience. I learned so much about skin and body care. With really sensitive skin, I have trouble trying body products. I usually breakout, get hives or just give up and stay ashy. I tried an overnight lip mask, a lip color, a loofah soap, a facial overnight moisturizer, a vegan deodorant and absolutely loved it all! THIS IS WHAT MY BODY HAS BEEN MISSING. My skin feels so soft and clean. They have all my favorite herbs and scents. I also purchased body scrubs and bar soaps for my family members because I am NOT sharing mine. Haha. I loved it so much, I signed up online to be a member of their rewards club, set up an online account on their cash app, AND ordered a bunch more online. I can't wait for it to arrive! I got aromatherapy diffusers, essential oils, another deodorant, body spray, shampoo, conditioner, organic toothpaste, beard products for my fiance, their loofah soap pouches, charcoal sponge, and so much more. They also have home cleaning products, personal care, a line for men, hair care, AND are opening another shop in Dublin soon!!! ? I can't wait!!! This place is a must!

I on esthetics alone you should come here! Step aside Lush there's a new bath bomb in the room and it'll knock your socks off! Good Common Sense is a sheik natural step in a new direction for our little downtown, this along with new eateries and other young shops bring life and excitement to Pleasanton! The revival of DTPT is looking good (Take that Livermore!) I plan on stopping here more often for gifts for family and maybe even for my own personal upkeep. Hoping to make "over the hill" seem more like a stroll than a slip and slide if you know what I mean! Pleasure sniffing my way through your wares GCS, see you soon! Enjoy!

Great customer service and great products! I loved how as soon as I walked in, everyone was very welcoming. The woman who helped me explained how everything is made in house and directed me to a great gift for my Mom.

I come here monthly now to get more skin care. I use a few of their face wash and bath products. Everything is natural, everything smells amazing, and everything works! The prices aren't bad either. It also helps that the actual storefront is so very aesthetically pleasing. Amazing work ladies !!!
