I have to give this boutique, it's owner Michelle, and it's customers a five star review. I have had the honor and privilege of working there the past 4 years and couldn't love this experience more. We just got notified we won best boutique in Pleasanton for the third year in a row and I couldn't be more ecstatic. If you haven't been, I highly recommend! Darling boutique, fun and classy clothes, superb customer service, and an overall "VIBE" that is unmatched. It's almost a guarantee that you'll leave with something you love, and with something you didn't expect ~ a girlfriend, and a place that feels like a home away from home that will leave you waiting more.

Stumbled upon this cute boutique while in Downtown Pleasanton and I will definitely be back in the near future. During my visit, Grace (hope this was her name, got the information from my receipt) was super sweet and informative! As I was starting to find pieces I was interested in and wanted to try on she got a dressing room started for me. She also let us know that the items sold in the store were always rotating inside the store (and the sales rack too)! However, before you do decide to make a purchase please note that they only accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags! All sales items are final! Also a little tip and word from the wise, since their pieces are always changing - there's a slight chance that if you do see something you like you run the risk of it not being there if you decide to come back for it (unless you put it on hold). Overall, so glad I found Girlfriends. They have such cute pieces I know that I'll be back!

Really cute clothes, something new at least every 2 weeks. Nice selection of jewelry and accessories. Great service. The only downside to me is the return policy. 2 weeks and only store credit. No refund back as the payment.

Such a cute and fashionable boutique and the personal customer service is awesome! I recently purchased a pair of earrings I fell in love with a few weeks back (last pair on the rack). I wore them that weekend and to my major disappointment, I lost one of them I ended up going in to the boutique a week later, spoke with Sherry and told her what had happened and how bummed I was about it. She reached out to the owner to see if they could get their hands on another pair and a week or so later, they called me to let me know they had the pair waiting for me and it was their gift to me! I mean, I was fully prepared to pay for the other pair since it was no fault of theirs but it was such a kind gesture to gift them to me and because of that, they have a lifelong customer in me!! Thank you ladies!!!

Great clothes...always get compliments on the styles.....friendly sales people and now informational texts! During coffee had a text that 20% off today....hubby finished his Valentine's Day shopping!

This review is based on a customer service issue that I took exception to on how it was handled by an employee of Girlfriends Boutique. I've spent a lot money at this store. One of my favorite "go to" staples in my wardrobe was a necklace I purchased a year ago at Girlfriends Boutique. A piece of the necklace, a large stone had disconnected from the necklace. I came in with the item and confirmed that Girlfriends Boutique was still carrying this vendor's jewelry line. I asked if the next time the vendor came in if I could I show the necklace to the vendor to get the stone reattached. I was politely told that the there's no warranty on jewelry. I told the employee I understood and was not looking to return the item but get the vendor to do a quick repair because I knew the vendor would have the right tools and knew how to quickly reattach the stone. Guessing it would take five minutes to do. The employee restated that there's no warranty and again I told her I understood. It was a ridiculous waste of time as we went back and forth. I finally asked her for vendor's name and number so I could arrange with them directly. She gave limited info on name with a vague location in a large metropolitan area with no number. I told her I would gladly pay for the repair several times. I left the store shaking my head over the stupidity of the situation.
