cute clothes but the staff seem like mean girls. yesterday, the girl that was ringing me up barely paid me any attention, the whole time she was gossiping to her coworker about three younger teenage girls (probably even preteen) that had just walked in. The workers were giggling and pointing and rolling their eyes, it was awful. Another worker clocked in at that moment and the girl who was ringing me up went to whisper and giggle to her too and the new worker turned around to look at the three girls and gave them the nastiest face looking them up and down. I felt like I was in a high school movie it was so weirddd and made me hella uncomfy

One of the most uncomfortable customer service I have ever received. The employees weren't friendly at all and ignored my greeting. This one girl in particular (the cashier) looked at me with absolute disgust that it made me upset. I smiled at her, responded to her, and she looked at me like I was something stuck on the bottom of her shoe. Girl I hope you see this, being a mean girl isn't cute. I heard you complaining about how your parents recently cut off your allowance (you're 20, get over it) so I could tell you were a spoiled brat.I have worked in customer service and can tell when employees are over their day and don't have energy left to put on their customer service smile, i totally get that. I never take it personally because I UNDERSTAND. But this girl was just straight up rude.

Most of the staff here are extremely rude the customer service is horrible. The girls don’t greet anyone and will have you waiting in line for a long time while they just stand at the registers and chit chat.

First time there and got outstanding service. They acted like they cared about us as customers. Unlike other stores we visited where folks were on their phones. Definitely going back!

Horrible customer service. Left the security tag on the one item purchased and had to drive the 25 minutes back to get removed, the employees were extremely unapologetic and rude. Did not even off to give a discount on any future purchases on their already extremely overpriced clothing. Would not recommend coming here.

Munirah & Savannah the managers at garage are absolutely AMAZING! To walking in the store to finishing at check out they gave us absolutely one on one attention to me and my friend! They helped me with sizes and picked out the best outfits for my vacation to Disneyland! If they didn't have a size they ordered it for me, and just took amazing care of me while I was in their store. It's good to see that they're still caring people out there. I love all the vibes that the girls have at garage definitely amazing women vibe! I definitely suggest going to Garage the girls will make you feel so special! Thank you again too Munirah & Savannah for an amazing experience at your store this week!

Very rude staff ,lazy and incompetent sales people.We were visiting 09/11/2021at 14:50pm.My daughter wanted to try a Pants , it was a size double 0 which was not on the floor but on the mannequin. They asked us can we try a different pants same size ,sure, they didn't have one, then they asked us were we gonna purchase the pants otherwise they would not remove it. I asked for the manager and she would be very unhelpful as well and at the end they refuse to service us.Wouldn't shop nor recommend to shop at that store anymore.

Should be called garbage instead. Terrible customer service! cashiers speaking Spanish between them in front of costumers who they're checking out. These people clearly don't speak or understand Spanish. I speak Spanish myself but that's just rude. Makes people feel uncomfortable.

I'm giving it two stars not because of the quality but because of the recent customer service I've received. Two weeks ago I placed an online order and bought a white sherpa jacket in the size medium. It was way too big for me so I needed to exchange it for a size small. On Tuesday (12/3) I went in person to exchange the item. The only person available was the manager at the front of the store. I explained to her to situation and they had thejacket in the size I needed. The interaction went fine, it seemed. Until I handed her the original jacket (out of the bag it was delivered it, tag still in place). And she sniffed it. Now, I totally get how returns work and inspecting if it to see if it was worn. But this was a pure white jacket. Any hint of worn would had been noted. And sniffing it in front of a customer is just extremely unprofessional to me. I've returned and exchanged items many times at this store and other stores and no sales associate has EVER done that. I wanted to say something then but decided to let it go. When the transaction was completed, she also informed me that this was a final sale. I asked why. She said it was in the policy. Weird...but ok. I've exchanged things here before and it was never final sale. Only if its a bodysuit or fragrance or clearance item. And because this was a BRAND new item, it did not apply so I also questioned why she was telling me I couldn't re-exchange it. I looked up the policy when I got home because I really didn't like my interaction with her and knew she was BS-ing me. There was nowhere listed in their return/exchange policy that states that exchanges were final sale! So she lied to me! SMH. Which is why I decided to call corporate just to double check. The call center tried to make excuses for why the manager told me that but then ended up agreeing with me that she lied. As for the sniffing, I complained about that too and the lady on the phone said the manager has every right to sniff the item. I clarified over the phone that I understood the need for inspection but it is still rude to do that in front of the customer returning the item. It's disappointing because I really love their clothes but the customer service is hasn't been that great at this location for a while. And I checked the reviews for the other locations and someone else complained about their return policy and items being final sale. Please refer to the policy written online and their app. Nowhere does it state that returns can only be exchanged only once! This was verified also by corporate.
