I had to deal with a number of somewhat complex issues yesterday. The branch was so helpful getting me the information and forms I needed. A few employees checked in with me to see if I wanted anything: coffee, water, etc.. Great customer service.

This branch has a LOT of issues... employees giving different answers, people lying, and equipment broken. I will not be banking here again.

Really impressed with the customer service here. I always feel welcome coming into the bank. I feel like "Norm" from Cheers, rather than an anonymous number. The personal service and the willingness to go out of their way to help individuals and small business owners is impressive. I would never use a big bank again! Mortgages, lines of credit, normal banking, access to ATM's, etc. are all the best here.

I wish I can give ZERO stars. Bunch of crooks. I called if there was a safety deposit available and got a positive answer and was asked to open an account with them to get one. I took appointment went all the way and got an account open ion their Fallon road branch. Next day when I went to this branch, the guy says I might not do much transactions and hence he will be unable to give me a safety deposit. Wasted two days for nothing and felt cheated. I don't even feel safe to put a penny in that bank even. Stay away!!!

I am not giving this force stars as I know very little about their banking products as this my landlors's bank and where I do my monthly rent deposit. So I will comment simply on the service I experience every month ie their welcoming smiles, efficient work and polite and pleasant conversations. From their interaction with their regular customers around me , it is a discrete bank , local and you would choose it for these differences and because you probably think Out of he box a little and imply don't want to put your money in large group that also invest in none ethical companies

The tellers are great. However, the Teller manager could use some training on customer service. Sonya was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. She handled a simple situation very poorly and I look forward to not banking with Fremont Bank very soon.

I've been a Fremont Bank member for years I have multiple accounts this branch is the worst I live in Pleasanton and I avoid this branch.... and always go to San Ramon!!! For now but seriously considering closing all my accounts and going to a different Bank all together.,,,

The service here is great. When I arrived, there was one person getting helped and a second teller free. Both of us ended up taking a long time to get help because we had complex transactions. Soon three people were in line behind us. Then a third teller showed up... for three people in line! I've been at major banks where, with 20 people in line, two tellers work while 10 bankers sit and twiddle their thumbs at desks. Fremont Bank is the best.

This review is for Terick Albert. I stopped by the branch to get more info about current mortgage rates. The residential mortgage specialist wasn't in the office. However, Terick, a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, took the time to walk me through current rates and price out my scenario. He connected me to their top loan agent and continued to check-in while I waited to speak with the loan agent on the phone. He was such a pleasure to work with. Absolutely wonderful customer service from Terick and the Pleasanton branch!
