The employees are poorly trained, manager actually told me I was doing the transaction wrong, not she didn’t train the employees to do basic transactions correctly, I had a return that kept declining, even though it was within the return policy and tags attached with receipt. Her lack of customer service skills and basic people skills turned what would have been a sale/exchange into a return. She told me you have to press the green button instead of using your pin, I was following sales persons instructions and kiosk prompts, and places blame on customer like I was registered trained.

I'm surprised this store still open. Rudest customer service ever. They don't greet customers walk-in inside the store. I wouldn't recommend coming in here.

Madison is the best! She takes care of every customer and makes sure the shopping experience is very pleasant! The store also has amazing collection of accessories. I have been purchasing online as well but have noticed that in-store, it’s much easier to try different sizes.Due to the way Francesca’s online and in-store purchases works, I had come in to the store to return a bunch of items and she was very understanding and accommodating.

I needed a whole new outfit for an event and my fashion sense and knowing how to pair things is almost nonexistent. But Madison (both of them!) helped so much in pairing things, bringing me clothes, and suggesting combinations until we found the right ones! Their mannequins always look so put together and that's how I wanted to look, I think we achieved that today! Thank you Madison and Madison!!Do be aware their fitting rooms have curtains for doors, I had a few children running wild peeking in on me a couple of times, thankfully I don't really mind and they stopped quickly.

I never been to this store before. It was fun shopping here. They have some cute outfits and accessories. I picked up a cute skirt. I will be stopping by here again.

Staff are always friendly. Clothing is feminine. I can wear it to work or wear it casually. I'm an L size and everything is flattering, which is so hard to find in other shops. Many youthful shops sell many crop tops which is a no go for me, but here everything is a length I like. My 36D's are always fitted well or at least not too exposed. There's always deals. If I go, I assume I'm going to buy two shirts. One will cost 40 the other 20 due to some BoGo 50%. So ~30$ shirts.

I used to love Francesca's collections... I just want to preface this review with saying In work in customer service, I know how you're supposed to treat a customer, so my opinion is based on that. I went into Feancescas today, I was not greeted when I entered the store, I was not informed about the sale, and no employee checked to see if I needed help. I don't know if it was my appearance that caused this or the fact that I had come just from work, but I was very put off and upset at this. I feel like they did not pay any attention to me because I was dressed or had the appearance of "not being able to afford their clothes". It hurt that every other customer in the store was catered to except us. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again.

Seriously the loveliest store to shop ! I'd like to thank the pretty bubbly brunette for helping me choose the prettiest outfits for summer, I highly recommend anyone who comes in to ask for miss Kelly, she will treat you like a queen and you will leave with such a smile on your face and wearing the cutest clothes and accessories ! Terrible experience that makes me never want to go back! I typically do a lot of online shopping (as there are more options online than in store) and I buy I multiple sizes etc.. to see what will or won't work. I've been shopping at Francesca's for years and I am fully aware of their 21 day return policy. I recently made a return to the store for an online order of things that just didn't fit me right and felt completely bullied and shamed by the cashier when I did nothing but simply want to return items that didn't fit. She had a very negative/annoyed attitude, and she made it very clear right from the beginning (with a harsh, rude tone) that I was past the 21 days so it would be store credit. I wish I had a sound clip of her voice to capture how aggressive she was. I fully anticipated store credit because I knew I was past the deadline, but her tone was unappreciated and just unprofessional for someone working in customer service. Then, she continued to make rude remarks about each item I was returning... it felt like she was shaming me for returning things! What am I supposed to do? They didn't fit... obviously I wish they did! At no point was I asking for a refund versus store credit or combative so it's very upsetting that I was treated that way. She was unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable that now I don't want to go back in their store! Just awful.
