I walked in Friday at lunch and made an appointment for that afternoon. Ms. Linda was great!!!!!!! She took her time, and instead of a soak off, she repaired my nails. I love my eyebrows. Linda is very sweet! And she knows how to cut hair without much of an explanation. I had a long hair most of my life. I wanted try short Bob hair cut. She exactly knew what I wanted. I was very pleased how my haircut came out ?. She also does great job on manicure ?. Thank you Linda ?

Only go to her if you’re in Dublin/Pleasanton or any where cuz you will not find someone like her. Promise you will become a customer too! Oh where do I begin?!! I would double the stars if I could. I just happened upon this cute little shop. I had been searching for a place I could get a decent perm, a service not too many places know or do any more. I thought I'd just them try-out with a haircut, but once in I knew I was overdue for a perm. So, I decided to GO FOR IT! I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED in the least. Linda, the owner, did such an AWESOME job. I haven't felt this good about my hair in a very long, long time. It is super easy to take care of & looks good whether I brush it or not (lol...when in a rush, I have been guilty of doing or not doing ;-D). ALSO, it has been almost 2 months since getting my perm & cut and IT STILL LOOKS GOOD! :-D Not only is Linda extremely talented, has good instincts regarding bone structure, but read my mind as to how I like my hair. I really didn't tell her much yet, when I did, she listened & followed through. She took extra precaution before starting by putting a conditioning protectant, so my hair wouldn't be dry or brittle from the perm, which I was VERY IMPRESSED with & APPRECIATED. In the past, I have wasted not only my time & my hard earned cash, but had my (high) expectations squashed at places where the operator either didn't listen or insisted they knew best. Often I would leave looking rather scalped & male rather than feminine & female, or have had a perm drop within two weeks of getting it. Linda is well experienced cosmetologist since she was 15 yrs old when she began in her Mother's salon. She offers a full service salon for the whole family. Her services include: Nails, Hair, Waxing, Threading, Eyebrow MicrobladingI It's difficult to find a place you know you can rely on to do consistently good work. In fact, I have come across only 3 very talented people in my 60+ yrs. To my disappointment, one moved, another retired & now there is Linda... Linda, please don't move or retire for years to come!! I'll be seeing you for my nails & brows next!! ;-D

Linda is an angel from heaven. I've been coming for several years now and have always been more than impressed with her work. My sister and I love coming in because Linda's kindness and good attitude is infectious. She is incredibly skilled and can do anything you want. Her prices are more than fair for her work and especially her presence. I could not speak highly enough about her! Can't wait to come back after quarantine ends (:

Made an appointment at 2:00 and had to wait an hour and 30 minutes because Linda was behind on haircuts. Then when I got my haircut she cut it to a specific length and I was ok with it but then she kept cutting it shorter and turned me away from the mirror and I couldn't see until the end. She then styled it by curling with a straightener and I washed my hair when I got home to see how she basically chopped my hair off unevenly and looks terrible if it's not hidden by curls. Really disappointed and unprofessional. Worse than me just cutting my own hair off.
