Lady who attended us was fabulous. Letting us check in bags early and was very kind. After that it all went downhill. Rooms were not attended to. We were short towels even though we had reserved for four adults. When we asked for additional towels, the lady at the front gave us attitude. The trash outside building 4 was overflowing. Breakfast was not served as advertised. Don't know if it was under new ownership but service is awful. Pool is nice and rooms are adequate.

This is the worst tattoo hotel ever... I booked a stay thru marriott apt. Platnium status nothing but headaches and problems with cc authorization forms and whatever else they wanted... I provided a no limit credit card and they keep telling me it declined. I have many other forms of payment they lady refused to run... I rebooked the stay through marriott ap and they are telling ne they can't check me in because it's for the following day.. it'd 1 am.. this the absolute worst service in the world. I would rather stay at the motel six then use this trash service hotel. Been coming here for years always problems and stuffy attitudes. Place like this make me never want to use marriott again. I will probably switch to Hilton where they know what they are doing.... horrible horrible horrible! Service! Stay clear of this establishment, or you will be stuck in the middle of the nite with out a place to stay.. its the marriott way...

I booked my hotel for 2 days and because of flight delay, I was late to hotel and they cancelled my both day bookings. And the receptionist was so rude and not answering at all. Please don’t book these hotel.

Check in was at 3. When we went in we were told that we couldn’t check in because no rooms were ready. I have a procedure tomorrow morning and was supposed to start my prep at 3. Now I am behind. Were told it would be probably another hour.

Do not recommend this place at all. Some of the people working there are lazy. It feels like they don't really care about you. Odd for it being such a nice hotel.

Been to less expensive hotel chains and received more than this. Rooms very nice and clean but had to pay $10 for parking in a lot that didn't seem to have a security guard. The Continental breakfast was a joke, cold coffee and gas station muffins. If you're a Sheraton fan... I'd stay away from this one. There's better close by for less $$$ and more amenities.

There's a mandatory parking fee imposed $10 / day that I was not aware of. And my room was not ready even though I arrived at 4:30pm and check-in is at 3pm and I had already confirmed check-in online 24 hours ahead.

We bring 4 big luggages, but no lift at all.
Room cleaning not everyday. There is no hotel ammenites. So tootbrush, no shower cup etc
Rooms: Toom & brd are big enough
Walkability: Not walkabilioty

Be prepared for nickel and diming, $10 parking, $10 to use/ activate telephone, Apple as free breakfast. Clean, pool, kind service.

Place is under construction.
AC didn’t work - had to change rooms
Fridge didn’t work - nobody fixed it.
They are not providing room service like cleaning or changing towels.
Parking lot is not safe.
No elevators to get to the second floor
Room key stops working everyday making you walk all the way to the lobby- that’s far.
The smallest gym I ever saw.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!

I’m not going to lie I was really close to cancel my hotel reservation because of all the bad reviews. I was traveling from Texas and I was thinking what in the world am I walking into?! But I said if it’s as bad as the reviews I’ll check out and find something else. Let me tell you about my experience. I was greeted nicely with no issues. I took a drive around the hotel to check out the construction everyone mentioned and I didn’t see anything. I went in to my designated room and it was clean, smelled good. I always miss my bed when I’m out of town but their kings size beds were comfy, fluffy pillows and sheets. My view out of my window was directly to the pool. The restroom was clean. I had no issues at all whatsoever. I hope my review helps others to not run to another hotel. Also there is a lot of restaurant and a country club near by.

Our reservation wasn't honored - don't book here if you want the room that you booked! I booked a King room on their website and, upon arrival, was told that their King rooms weren't available. They tried explaining some nonsensical reason about why my booking wasn't available (don't remember now), but I can't understand how they confirmed a room for me and sold it to someone else. They didn't seem very surprised or apologetic, but they offered me a double Queen room instead and some Marriot points. I'm not sure if this is normal business practice or a mistake, but I can't understand how they messed up something so essential to their business model.
I was told we were getting a queen room with a pool-view, and when we got to the room, that wasn't the case. We immediately went back to the lobby, thinking they made another mistake. We were then assigned a third room, which did indeed have a pool-view.
Another disappointment was that they're currently not offering breakfast due to construction. They did have a small free coffee area.
It's true that the keycards don't work well. Nearly every swipe on every door around the complex took two tries to open.
Due to these things, I would've given it 2 stars, but truthfully, our room was nice and comfortable (despite some water damage on the ceiling). Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The complex and the pool was beautiful and everything looked clean around the facility. I felt like it was safe enough, but I can't speak to what the area is really like.
Ultimately, we had a pleasant stay, but was quite frustrated upon arrival about the booking situation.
