Absolutely fantastic customer service and results! Lee came to our house, gave us a quote and three weeks later I had the most gorgeous hardwood floors! We were quoted two weeks for the work and they finished it in less than 6 business days! But the best part, they kept the house pristinely clean and shifted the furniture where we were able to sleep in our own beds every night! There was one floor exchange that was tricky and Lee kept at it until I loved it. Blew away every expectation I had. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you.

We used Floor Coverings International in Pleasanton for hardwood floors and carpeting. They refinished our engineered hardwood throughout our house. The new surface looks better than new! We also had FCI re-carpet our primary bedroom and closet. This looks better than new, too, with a top-quality carpet and professional installation.

I had a real challenge to deal with: replacing a green-toned carpet in my dining room. “Who has green carpet?”you might ask. I do, and it coordinates with my kitchen flooring and countertops. But finding a replacement that matched as well as the original wasn’t going to be easy. Or so I thought.Floor Coverings International, Easy Bay, to the rescue! Luree, the office manager, could not have been more helpful and diligent. She took it as a personal challenge to find the perfect match. Lee, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and addressed the one minor glitch that arose during installation graciously and professionally.See the results for yourself! I’m a happy customer!

From the beginning through follow-up Mechele Fong has been very helpful in helping up gat our wood floors refinished and helping up go through the selection process of carpeting.Sam & Esteban did wonderful job refinishing the floors. They were clean gave a instructions during and for aftercare.Great source for your floors

I used Floor Covering International East Bay for both my hardwood floors and new carpet. New hardwood installed, existing hardwood refinished, and new carpeting.The quotes we received from Lee were detailed without being confusing. Lee never tried to “sell” us on anything during the process and he was always prompt to respond to any questions.We are very happy with the quality of hardwood and the carpet. All the workers showed up on time and always left our house clean and tidy when they left.We found two very small spots in the hardwood several days after the job completion. Those spots were fixed immediately.I highly recommend Lee and FCI EB.

Lee from Floor Coverings International was very professional and patient in accessing and evaluating our oak stair refinishing and reinstallation of a new stair runner we ordered from Belgium. Both the stair refinishing contractor and the stair runner installation contractor selected by Lee were both thorough and professional in their work. I will use Floor Coverings International again and we highly recommend them.

Somehow my husband called Floor Coverings International by mistake. He meant to call someone else. Best mistake ever. Mechele came out to give us an estimate. She was so helpful and we decided to buy from her. I liked the way she explained the process from buying to installation. The installers did a great job. The office kept in touch with us and Mechele stopped by today to check the installation. We were very pleased with the way everyone FCI completed this process

We had a fairly large job - 5 rooms and a hall. The installers were very efficient both with moving heavy furniture and installing new carpet & vinyl . I thought the job would take 2-3 days but they got it done in 1 day. We are pleased with the result.
