Zero stars for Macy's furniture delivery. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing!! They arrived at my NEIGHBORS place after postponing my delivery window FIVE times and left right away (yes I took the day off from work so I can be there when they arrive). They didn't even bother to call me or find the correct unit number. Now, they're telling me I have to wait a week for a new delivery date, well guess what, I'm going to call tomorrow and cancel the whole order. Integrity is so important and if your drivers lie because they want to go home early let them lie but I refuse to let that ruin my schedule or my family's comfort. I will be getting a new sofa from another place.

Why can't we do NO STARS! WORST buying experience ever. Worse than buying a car. I wanted to walk away several times but felt like we had invested too much time already. Had I known how much worse it would get, I never would have continued. Sales people are idiots, liars and cheats. Even the manager who was supposed to help with FINALLY finalizing the purchase had no clue what she was doing, after 30 minutes waiting on her trying to figure out how to accept payment, we left. Furniture arrived damaged, they won't reply to emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service. We paid over $7,000 for the furniture and I HATE them because of the experience they represent. On top of it, the pieces are uncomfortable and awkward. Nothing like the samples in the store.

Five stars for Mr. Ron Tatum who helped me with purchasing a sofa and accent chair. Ron helped me during my two store visits. He explained the pricing, fabric options, delivery details ~ so professional, friendly, patient with my many questions, and just a nice person to chat with. After my furniture is delivered, I plan to go back and look for area rug. Ask for Ron when you go, he's great!

Never experienced such indifferent "service" before. This guy Issac didn't care if he sold me anything or not and made no effort to show me anything he thought might interest me. I told him what I was interested in and mentioned I was interested in inexpensive options. So he showed me the cheapest model they had and that's where his help ended. Never suggested anything else. Through the whole 10 minute encounter he looked right through me and never looked me in the eye. Like he was talking to someone across the room, not me. Well I didn't like the cheapest option and I didn't like Issac so I won't be going back. Like dude, show me a couple options, talk directly to me, ask me a couple questions to see if there's something else I might be interested in.

No customer service. Went there two times and waited for an hour plus to get someone to help answer queries. Reached out to a salesman who promised to send someone to me, no one showed up for 30+ minutes so asked the same salesman who now declined to recognize me and his commitment to send someone. There was no more than 3-4 customers in the store at that time. There were many salespersons in the store that looked too busy(alone) and not willing to even make eye contact.Salesman named DAVE misbehaved and was rude.

Needed a new couch, fell in love with a couch here that was the perfect size and super comfy, and picked out a fabric and color from the ~100 of material options.It has now been 9 months and we still don't know when the couch will be delivered.Our initial estimate was 5 months. I called at that point and was given a pushback of 1 month. I called then and was given a pushback of 3 more weeks. I called then and now the pushback is 2 more months.The guy working with us is really nice and telling us the manufacturer has a problem getting the material we picked. So we said let's pick another material. Well apparently out of the ~100 options only 1 color/fabric would be faster.....and it would still be a month out.So now we are waiting the 2 months.Why not just cancel at this point you might ask? Well it turns out the initial deposit they collect when you order is nonrefundable. Which they don't tell you, it's just in the fine print. Screw us right. I sincerely hope we get our couch within the year. And I will never get furniture here again.

Follow Up From An Initial Purchase:We purchased a new bed that came with a free adjustable base a few months ago (August).Great sales person we dealt with and we spent a lot of money for a King Coil mattress "on sale." I really hate it when a great sales person sells you sells you good or service and if something goes wrong, the repair department is not as helpful. Personally, I could never sell something that doesn't back up a product but if I was on commission/quota and didn't care about you, but saw you as a check book, then possibly. We just earned a giant "L" on our foreheads!In addition, I do not recommend the King Coil brand. We feel like we're sleeping on a hill and if you roll over, you might fall off the bed. We're stuck in the middle! Flash forward to present: Buyer Beware!The adjustable base is not working and my husband called the sales rep we worked with who referred him to customer service. He was being shuffled around the system like a ping pong ball as if he will give up but this only infuriated him. In the end, the warranty on the frame is only valid for 90 days unless you want to pay a lot more moolah extend the warranty. Or we could spend $100 for a new remote. Lessons Learned:- We will NEVER purchase an adjustable base, ever!- We are done making any future purchases here.

I love that this furniture gallery offers just about everything. My most recent visit was in search of a very specific item that I didn't find, but I don't hold that against the place because I haven't found it anywhere locally. They have an entire wall of different types of fabrics in just about every color you can imagine. You can take any of the fabric samples off the wall and sample them on the different furniture pieces you're interested in or take them into different lighting. If you're looking for affordable custom upholstered furniture specifically, this place is definitely worth checking out!
