I cannot say enough good things about Jammie at FedEx Print on Johnson Dr. in Pleasanton. Jessica answered the phone right away when I called. I was expecting to be on hold for an hour, but she was excellent. There was no phone tree or speaking to a robot. She answered all of my questions and gave a helpful, time-saving recommendation. Thanks, Jessica. I'll be visiting your store weekly now for my sipping needs.

This is a horrible place, I used fedex to ship an important document to China for almost $200 dollar, I then went for a vacation, when I come back, the document still not shipped out, it has been delayed for 5 days without any reason!! I then asked the clerk to give me refund, he said he can not make decision and I have to come back the next day. I then went back the next day, but again, he said the manager won't be here today, and ask me to come back another day, how stupid I was? I went back the other day, the manager were still not there, and they could not solve my problem, and keep pushing away the responsibility. The problem remains not solved, and I am super angry, avoid this place, they are not responsible person!

I was there almost 2 weeks ago and finally found a chance to give a review to this place. I went to print out my Tax return papers. Mo was the name of the staff who helped me print out my papers on the computer because it was a little bit complicated to do it on their computer. He was kind and helpful. Thanks again!

Adrian helped me today, and she was great! I went to pick up a hold item, and she gave me some FRAGILE stickers. Her co-worker was courteous, too. Her co-worker whose name I forgot to ask acknowledged me while I was waiting in line with a warm gesture and very professional about her job. I see here that, among all Google reviews, the two most quote unquote relevant reviews at the top of the list are negative reviews by Indians. There are a lot of Indian immigrants in Dublin/Pleasanton. I think they don't know how to appreciate American way of things. They should be much more appreciative of how wonderful these two female staff are at Fedex Office location on 6070 Johnson Drive in Pleasanton. Some of the best customer service I have got in my entire life!

$0.55 per scan of standard 8.5x11 size document to my USB memory card. Why does it cost more to scan than to print? Doesn’t make sense.

I dunno why y'all are bellyaching about this place. The staff were perfectly competent and efficient at their jobs.They seemed a bit tired, but maybe that's because they have to deal with so many complainers!If you want someone to talk to, get a friend.

What a pathetic customer service - I followed the instructions given by Adidas and packed my stuff in the box with pre paid labor and they want me to add a paper for $4 and charge me for opening and closing the box which with tape and is I don’t do it then he will take it as a damaged box and things can be stolen.Looking at this I doubt my box or items will reach destination because I asked why.FedEx if you need to make money just ask for right ways to do it instead of charging $4 for just paper - shame on you and I would prefer USPS not over you guys anyday.

Went to ship a computer securely packed in a re-usable box, which that was used send the compute. The customer service clerk said that I have to use one of FedEx computer box. He did not even check the box and packaging. When I said it's a re-usable computer box and packaged securely in the original box, he said, "It may be good for you, but not good for me!". Awful customer service. Should avoid it for any computer related shipping.

There were two associates that went above & beyond in their customer service. The woman that helped me Sunday, 9/10 was Jammie. She made my day. She was helpful & friendly. Courteous, patient, kind and capable. Probably the most helpful associate I've had in 12+years patronizing this location. The other associate, Anna helped me on Saturday, 9/9 about 10 minutes before closing. They were both great! Super helpful and kind, polite, respectful & well-spoken. That kind of customer service is very rare in retail these days. Bravo! FedEx Office Print & Ship Center you have my business at this location! I hope both associates are recognized & rewarded for their great customer service.
