Don't bother to come here. They rip you off. I came last month and got my battery replaced and was charged. It stopped working so I came back. I was told my battery wasn't replaced and he can't do anything because it has the original battery. If I had it replaced, I would have a one year warranty. So what was I charged for? He didn't know, "but they don't rip people off," he said.

Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional, specifically the woman who works there. She cost them any future business of ours. Take your business somewhere deserving.

Had a bad experience getting my TIMEX repaired at this shop. They charged me to replace the back on my watch after I had replaced the battery and the watch stopped working within two days of that. I brought it back with a known solution to the issue but they refused to help me and demanded the same amount of money again. I understand having a specific set of tools is key, but if a job is not done well/unfinished it is only fair to deliver what was promised.

Way to expensive for a battery change. I get you're a nice shop, but $43 for a battery change?
I hope they did the o-rings inside as well. Wouldn't know cause they never stated anything.
Definitely plenty of other reputable watch repair shops around town.

great! went in and it took 2 minutes to downsize my watch and he gave me the links and told me to come back anytime if needed to resize

Bought my warranties for all my watches almost 10 years ago from this location when it newly opened. I have been going here for years and never had a problem. Customer service is consistent. They will check records if you don't bring your warranty card which I never do.
