Do not recommend at all, I asked a simple question and kept getting a 3-4 paragraph responses back (meaning they don't know what they're doing and need to just to justify everything). All I asked was for a price and they sent me justifications. Lol, I thought this was a joke. No matter the industry, you either know what you're doing or you just wing it. Over here, they wasted my time, took my kindness for granted and then wondered why I was confused...well stop sending me a different price every day! Keep in mind, I've NEVER in years had a question about how they priced me, until I actually looked at my statement. I told them to get all their ducks in a row but every day for a whole week I got different pricing...this is NOT how you run a business. This is a circus! Mind you, they have messed up my account 3 times previously and more recently can't seem to get simple pricing down, and it keeps changing every time I ask. If you don't know, then don't keep emailing me different pricing, just send it to me when you know! It's that simple. But nope, kept getting different pricing and different responses from Rita and Chitra. On top of that, they become aggressive if you don't like their answer, especially when you call them out on their mistakes on simple math. So disappointing, I switched agents immediately because of how rude they became. My new agent called me immediately and was shocked by the emails!!! I would NOT recommend Rita and Chitra. I asked for no further communication, and they sent one more aggressive email because they were upset and knew they had lost my business. WOW, so professional!!??

I asked for no further communication, and they sent one more email because they were angry and knew they had lost my business. WOW, so professional!!??

We had a fire at a property next to us a few months ago. The fire spread and came dangerously close to our home, damaging the fence and some of our property. Our family was traumatized and shocked. This is when we need support of our community, relatives and friends. we got all support from all quarters. I am writing this review to express my gratitude to Rita and her team at Farmers for standing by us when we needed them. She and her team visited my home, arranged for the survey and estimates were taken well on time. She made sure that we are not worried about the details of working with Farmers. Thankfully to her efforts and commitment, today we have received all the dues and her support helped us cover this dreadful event without any impact to our insurance payments. Great work! Thanks Rita, Chitra and the Farmers team for all your support!!
