Online ordering packages You have the worst online order package delivey service. Why would you send an order by the United States Postal Service, and not FedEx or UPS carrier. Who you selected is horrible.This is my first time ordering anything from your company, and I will never order again. It makes no sense, I placed the order on the 3/4/2023 and here it is the3/16/2023 and I still don't have my package. Gwendolyn Anderson

I’ve always had a great experience in this store. i recently went in to puickbuo an online order and make an exchange, and I was helped by Kai & Alyna. They were super friendly and helpful. In the changing retail environment, I find that this isn’t always the case. In addition, I really like Fabletics workout gear. It’s comfortable, durable, and better priced than its competitors. I didn’t think I could be converted from Lulu, Athleta, Ali, etc…but I am. Keep up the awesome customer service. It really makes a difference!

Worst company. I do not recommend. Their customer service is useless. They messed up on 3 orders in a row. They did not respond when I wrote them because my package was delivered to the wrong address. They did not respond when another package was MIA. They eventually tried to issue a second package and sent the WRONG ITEMS. They would not provide another member credit for the major issues I encountered. They would not transfer me to a supervisor to discuss additional options even after I requested multiple times. They told me they would get back to me and answer my questions and never did. They force you into monthly sales and won't issue any refunds unless its the most recent month. They are not clear on their 'membership' when the initial purchase is made with their company. And they make the tags on the clothes super delicate so if they get caught when trying something on, you CANNOT return the items. I received a jacket with the stitching all messed up, and the sizes of the clothing are not consistent. Absolute trash company. Don't bother wasting your money.

Walk in and 3 people say hello. Get to the items I want and they're too high, but the employees are standing in the middle of the store having some conversation. I'm short. I struggle. I get my stuff down and spend time trying things on, going back and forth a few times to grab different sizes. I'm confused, what's this VIP thing I see online all the time? I go to the cash register and finally someone notices me. I ask, what's up with this VIP thing, they tell me. I go to find some bottoms, but the employees are just standing in the middle of the floor in front of items I want to see. I circle, they look at me funny. I go find other things and do the try on thing again. I go to the cashwrap. One person ringing up and 3 standing in the middle of the floor, but there's me and some other lady... And still they stand and talk. That other register could have been broken, but I think I'm being too optimistic. I do not recommend.

We came here when I had to do some returns/exchanges from online ordering. We had Two different transactions ( I left some merchandise at home accidentally and brought it the next day) that needed to be handled so I ended up coming in twice. Let me tell you. The sales people here are so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Best customer service ever!Both times were excellent. So The great service was not a fluke. There is nothing bad I can say about the first or second visit. Your sales staff is awesome!

10/10, highly would recommend! I love the workers at this location. Everyone is so helpful, informative, kind, honest, and genuine. Adiyya and Kai are super knowledgeable. If I want to be quite honest too, every employee that I have crossed paths with at this location have always been a pleasure to interact with. The location is clean and the display of clothes are neat. My personal experience: I came into the store not knowing what to buy and where to start. I walked out as a VIP member because Adiyya explained how it works (to this day the membership is honest and everything is honored. You shouldn't have any problems with signing up for the membership and if you do give the store a call and they'll help you! If you need to skip a month, that's very easy to do as well stated in the directions of the membership sign up). After picking out some awesome gym clothes, I mentioned to Adiyya that I'm a personal trainer. From there she offered to have me host an amazing HIIT class sponsored by Fabletics. The turn out was wonderful and my class spoiled themselves with cute and efficient workout outfits!!! As a trainer, I love advocating comfortable, flattering, and honest gym wear. You want to feel confident and comfortable in your workout outfit and I'm so thankful that Fabletics provides those amazing necessities. Thank you Fabletics, Adiyya, and Kai for providing a wonderful experience and helping me find my go to workout store. I love wearing your awesome workout sets and encouraging my clients, family, and friends to invest into this amazing company!

I paid for a bra and it automatically signed me ip for an account to charge me monthly and I cancelled the membership and they canceled my purchase!!

Reia was great and very helpful today. She helped the whole line of customers that were waiting for a very long time because her coworker was just standing and socializing with the other customer and not helpful at all!

Rarely have size smalls. Customer service is non existent. Impossible to get through on the phone unless it is to cancel membership, then was given the runaround. Called 3 different times and was told to call back each time. No help at all. Emails for memberships does not tell you to skip or shop, very confusing unless you mark the days at the beginning of the month to watch for the emails so I can skip and not pay the fifty bucks.

The adds all say 70% off but try and actually get that and you get sent in circles through their VIP stuff. I now remebered a few years ago when I tried to buy two for one and only got one.
