The room needed some minor repairs. But was very cute & comfortable. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Would definitely refer to friends & stay there again.

It's down street from bart so you can get anywhere for work really, gym is heading to bart as well for health and working out, the rooms are very nice and upkept/sanitized the staff leaves you your privacy and the rates are extremely good, by far the number 1 reason we stay here is because of Anita she shines above the rest and makes this place so homely feeling and welcomed when you stay here honestly she should be running her own extended stay with the customer service and help she provides to the hotel patrons I really don't belive there is any other hotel service reps at the front desk like her by far one of the best individuals I have met in along time I have stayed at most Hamptons, hyatts, and extended stays around bay area and tri Valley areas and I get a 5 star vibe staying here and being welcomed by the staff here really solid and great place for family and extended vacations or buisness trips this place and the staff and people is what gives it 5 stars tht and Anita
Rooms: The custodians of the building and plaza keep this place clean and sanitized its very clean today the least
Nearby activities: Bart is down street you can get anywhere fairly easily for a great time out wether it is wit friends or family
Walkability: The 24 hour gym is down street and bart is withing walking distance I take it 5 days a week for work and it was super easy and simple to do
Food & drinks: So many food options, the city just opened another chick fil a location directly across street you can smell all the blends of tasty Indian food as well daily, tons of places to take kids for a bite out very great spot for foodies
Noteworthy details: Ask for Anita she is the best extended staff member I have met you can't go wrong If she helps you out

Rooms: Be sure to tell staffs to schedule an appt to clean your room. If not, they won’t do it forever.
