This place is sad. I pride myself in still going to malls and not shopping online. That being said this express is impossible. They have no sizes. Placed my order online to pick up in the store. There was one woman in front of me placing a return. I waited in line for 25 minutes to pick up my order in an otherwise empty store. And surprise the jeans I picked up are incredibly large even though they are the same size as all the other express jeans I have. I haven’t returned the jeans. If it’s loose out on $80 or return to the store I’ll just keep the jeans.

Kind of wacky with enough inventory in and out to make the place look at a bit disorganized at certain parts of the store and the position of this place in the mall means that the all overheard light and lack of natural lighting to make it a bit dim with some harsh shadows lol. Definitely not like the Express stores I remember 15 years ago...Okay the high end Express lines are still pretty great and worth the extra money so, still worth stopping here for the good quality offerings.

I had stopped shopping at Express for several years and just recently started shopping there again. I found that they started selling polo sweaters. I have been wearing this retro style for a while now and I discovered Express has a great selection.The reason for the two stars is on a visit to the Stoneridge store today I found a pair of pants I liked. I approached a male employee who was folding clothes and asked for a dressing room. With a straight face he told me the dressing rooms were closed because of being short-staffed. I just stared in disbelief. So he added, as if his first statement wasn't ridiculous enough, "you can't try them on". I immediately stopped shopping, put the pants back and left the store. It is unlikely I will shop there again.

I love this store they always have so many cute things. I was able to find the cutest beanie and a scarf to go with it , and a nice little sweater and some beautiful heels. I love the winter because I can always wear really cute sweaters and I love adding scarfs to my collections, and beanies are always really cozy. I will definitely be coming back to do some Christmas shopping for everyone here. Scarfs are definitely going in the Christmas stockings.

Store opened up about 10 minutes late. Three employees inside while about 5 customers waited outside. Once they opened, employees went back to working and then all of us ended up in line at the same time and only one employee was working the register. Employee at register was super friendly, but there was so little urgency by manager to get the customers taken care of quickly or even apologize for the delay. The three stars are for the employee at the register who was really nice and helpful and the cleanliness of the store.

I like buying my basic day to day clothing at Express. I came in to return some items that I bought online. The lady at the store was very helpful. It turned out they had my size in stock so I ended up exchanging the item instead of returning it. Which was awsome.

Had a great shopping experience at this Express store. Went to buy a suit, the staffs were super awesome, especially Polo - one of the nicest person I ever met in shopping. He helped me find the right size of the suit, explained me what is short, regular and long means, also found the matching pair of pants. He assisted me all the way ! Fantastic shopping experience. Kudos to Polo !
