The service at this East West Bank is top notch! I brought my aunt here who has been dealing with an issue for a few months now (she had gone to another branch to try to resolve this, with no luck). We explained our issue to Alyssa and she went above and beyond for us. Since we went on a Sunday, she wasn't able to fix things for us on the back-end and said she'd call us on Monday when the bank opened. She persistently tried to help us and did call as promised. Ultimately, we had to go to the branch again to fix the issue, and she ensured everything was resolved before we left. We are so thankful for Alyssa's outstanding service!

My company banks here and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Alyssa, Kevin, Grace, Deliah, Ting Ting and Fina are just a few of the staff members which I worked with over the years. They also have great programs for personal banking as well.

i was buying some food at ranch 99 and decide to make a deposit at the EWB inside the store . There was no line and I met Alyssa at teller window , she was very courteous and polite . My transaction was quick as well . I had a great experience at this branch .

They open 7 days a week. I went in on a Sunday, they took care if business needs patiently and efficiently. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a protective plexi glass on the counter, which is safe for both customers and employees during COVID.

Chinese banks serve a niche consumer group. If you only speak Mandarin/Cantonese and don't care about service this might be a good place to keep your money. The staff (tellers and manager) at this location are incompetent at functions beyond a simple deposit and withdrawal. Taking the entire organization into consideration they are 20 years behind the industry curve. Their website and user interfaces are so dated they are borderline unusable. Customer service phone service is also lacking. If you get past the white washed phone menus, it's hard to find someone who speaks high school level English. The consumer banking and loan servicing breaches are highly disjointed. It's like 2 separate entities sharing a name.If grandma wants to keep a few hundred dollars of her social security money here that might be ok, but for any further banking business should be conducted at a professional bank.

I was were there at 10:30am waiting for the branch to open as the store opens at 11am on Sunday per the store sign. Until 11:20am, the store remained closed. What kinda of customer service is this?

I opened account right here with a none knowledge associate. She was really rude when she's helping me open an account. I found out there're too many mistakes she made when she opened it. I don't think thats a good customer service and seems like they don't need my business. I'll go to Milpitas 99 branch instead, they are more helpful and professional than here.

one of the most unprofessional groups of people i've ever worked with. complete inability to communicate, calculate assets properly or even tell me exactly what the requirements are to qualify for a mortgage. Go elsewhere
