Marcus S. (service advisor) was good. I went in for a simple oil change and Julian did a great and informative video on other maintenance and checks (tires, fluids, leaks, etc) which was great.
There’s a couple things I am unhappy with, starting with the car wash. Generally dealer car washes aren’t great but I was shocked how bad it was. It’s like soapy water was left all around my car and they didn’t try to dry it.
It’s a free wash so I guess I can’t expect much. The other thing was the damage done to my car (for an oil change and wheel alignment..). I did a walk around my car at home and realized there’s a DEEP scratch on my front lip. I inquired about the incident and haven’t had a response back. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

I want to give my highest rated when I took my 2019 Z4 for oil change and check up on Saturday. My service Advisor was most informative. The service area and lounge was very clean and sanitize. They even text me a video of my car as it was getting inspected and oil changed. East Bay BMW is the only place that does that. They wash my car after .
I just waited about 1.5 hours. A satisfied customer..

Lito, Matt, and Mike all pitched in to help and make sure this experience was seamless. Lito truly went above and beyond and I so appreciate him turning this entire ordeal into a positive experience. He worked on the deal for hours and made sure he over communicated and tried to make sure I felt comfortable. I can’t say enough about how well and gracefully he handled this situation while making sure I felt comfortable. Matt and Mike really worked hard to make sure I walked out feeling taken care of as well. Aya and Daryll were at the front and they also were very attentive and kind. Just wanted to shout out how much everyone helped in this purchase.

Very happy with how quick and easy the process for the open recall on my car was at East Bay BMW. Ben Simpson was great answered my messages right away and had great customer service. Will definitely be bringing my car back for future problems I may come across.

Love this place. Every time I have a service done they go all out and I can't believe the amount of effort and detail this place puts in. Makes all other mechanics look like drive thru oil changes. Very grateful for their outstanding work.

I’m very happy with their service at east bay BMW. I know nothing about car engine stuff and Kier is very informative and patient answering all my questions. It was very nice of him offering me the best rates. Also, they provide video inspection so I can see what’s going on wrong with my car. Nice!

Lito helped me through entire process of leasing a BMW IX as well as, of course, test drives! Very helpful.
