Great experience having my GT Mustang repaired after a hit and run. Very friendly, professional, and repairs were done extremely well and in quick time frame. My wife is on vacation 2k miles away (there in California) and they did have to order the parts which were due in last Friday. They have had the vechile for over a week now. Come Friday one part didn't come so Monday it is, come Monday still no part. They say it will be in FOR SURE on Tuesday. Tuesday comes, still nothing. So Tomorrow is Wednesday and still Nothing going on yet. Very disappointed by this situation. We told them any parts will do (they are authorized to use any kind of working parts new or used for the fix), that will allow to fix the vechile and have it road ready in order for my wife and our family to able to finally get the vechile back in working order and be able to leave and come back home to us. Nothing so far, will update when this is all finished. Its Wednesday and they are currently working on it and gave a time that it will be ready by tomorrow early afternoon. Will update after.

Completely satisfied with the work they did at Pleasanton shop on my 2024 Corolla Hybrid. The car was T-boned by someone on the driver side causing major damage to the pillar, doors, fender, and rocker plate. Work was bit challenging. They did a good job of restoring everything close to original. They made the whole process easy on me by working with my insurance company (State Farm). It was delivered on the promised date.
