I've used David for my complicated taxes for several years and he has done a great job. The whole process is quite smooth from the list of documents that asks me upload to the draft taxes followed by the submission. This year he went beyond just doing the taxes and helped me out on a tax split issue with my ex-wife.

Efficient, doesn't waste tour time or money Good appointment times so quick. Don't waste your and money with other tax preparer Tv commercial places. They overcharge by at least 80-100+ if not more.

David and his team are great at explaining and answering tax questions. They are prompt in getting back to you in a timely fashion and are very organized. After working for a great tax attorney personally, I can recognize effort and care and he and his team have it. He has handled complicated LLC stuff for me as well as my personal taxes for several years. I feel confident in referring him to any new people. Having someone know all your financial business can be very intrusive at times but that's not an issue here.

David did my taxes last year. First, he lost part of my income statements, and only found them after I asked about them. Then he told me what to pay but never made it clear. He had already sent in my taxes and had to do an amendment. It became a nightmare. Since he never gave me an updated payment schedule. I paid the one he gave me which was wrong. I called him when I got a bill from the IRS for an additional $10,000. Yes $$10,000 you can image my concern. When I called him he very rudely told me he was on vacation and did not want to discuss the situation. After many calls to the IRS and the State of California I finally got everything straightened out. David was no help and his rudeness was unexceptable. I would not recommend him to anyone.
