I guess this is CA because of the $950 law. I went to pay and there was nobody up front so being honest used the self checkout, paid and left still nobody was up front.

The pharmacy closed at 7 PM. Heaven help you if you are a working person who commutes. Never again, CVS! I will never use CVS again!

I had a photo order this morning , there was a hiccup with my order. Veronica was so kind and helpful getting my order printed. Jay came over to help , get my order done. Both employees were on top of helping me, this busy season. Excellent customer service!!

Customer service is very inconsistent. Had a very negative experience with Shaunese(?sp). Rude, did not want to re-activate my Care Pass as it meant she had to void and re-enter my purchases (I only had 4 items)! Really lazy and unwilling to help. Her manager had to intervene and basically reprimanded her in front of me. Really unprofessional!

The worst customer service by the pharmacy dept particularly Mai. The store has sub par quality, the people who work there have a nasty attitude and do not care about patients.

Not good ...That's funny!!! This is the second " funny!!! This is the second "CVS" I attempted to do business with. And, just like his brother, CVS Pharmacy at 3010 Bernal, Pleasanton, CA, this pharmacy is just as bad!!!Another corporation that puts the money before the lives of people is just begging for a wrongful death lawsuit. I followed my old pharmacy in Pleasanton that closed because I knew the pharmacists, techs and clerks. Sadly, it didn't take long to see that the powers that be demanded MORE MONEY without hiring enough people to accommodate the customers. The LAST CVS Pharmacy I attempted to do business with was at, 6750 Bernal, Pleasanton, CA. That's right!! Two CVS's on the same street.I battled with pharmacists at both pharmacies. I saw two pharmacists at this location. Mistake after mistake and deliveries that were once free, pushed me "out the door". I now receive my rx's by mail and have no issues. It's nice to know I don't have to worry about miscommunication, drug errors and zero accomodations.It's sad that Longs philosophy is no longer with us, because CVS SUCKS!!!

I love this store. The CVS on Santa Rita and the other Bernal store are closer but I have have been going to this location for years for my prescriptions. The people are so friendly and helpful. I would give a 5 star but there is always room for improvement. :)

Sorry, but what CVS doesn't carry any Hello Kitty items? Came here to use my 40% coupon to buy the Halloween Hello Kitty but this location didn't have it, nor did it have any Hello Kitty items. Then decided to use the coupon on some feminine products. Again, this location didn't have my usual either. Also no clay heat packs or any other odds and ends I could find to use the coupon on that would be a typical drug store purchase.

Came to pick up a photo order I placed. There were three people in line and one cashier. She tells me she'll be right with me. She rings up the three people in line, but more people entered the line. She calls over that she'll be right with me, again, but keeps ringing up the new people. More people keep joining the line, while I'm left to wait for the photos. I eventually eft. I understand being busy and I feel for the woman obviously being the only person in the store to handle the customers. But you can't keep ringing up new people when someone else has been waiting for ten minutes.

Schedule covid test online with them, received confirmation number. Go there, they say I am missing information and cannot do the test. No way to fix it, only can reschedule a new one. Never going back.
