The manager here is amazing. I needed to print out a booklet for one of my college classes. The printer unfortunately had a paper jam. His patience and kindness went a long way. Even though I couldn’t get all the pages printed, his effort and customer service was amazing.

As a transgender person, I've had good experiences getting my HRT here. It's so much easier than at the Santa Rita Walgreens where they lie about having called my doctor. They treat me like an actual human at this CVS.

I see a ton of bad reviews for the pharmacy but I wanted to counter-react some of those with my great experience(s).Every time I've been helped the ladies at the desk have been so kind it makes my whole day brighter. I was in the other day and Sohaila and Lucia were absolute angels. I've never seen people act so professional when handling angry people. I officially switched my pharmacy to this one because they are always in stock and sweet. I hope you give them a chance! The manager of the store is a real gentleman too, maybe they got new people since the bad reviews.

Now I know why this store has only a 2.5 star rating - I'll NEVER call or use this CVS - to the jerk guy in the pharmacy who answered the phone, maybe you should find another job where you DON'T interact with people because you were extremely rude to me - you just cost this store a customer - and I will tell everyone I know NOT to use your store - your customer service skills suck.

Pharmacy closes for lunch supposed to open back at 2pm. It is now 2:25pm 5 people in line b4 me and we are waiting for it to open.

Updating my review, I'm not sure what happened to the original pharm techs, they where great! Now they have a Chinese man who is there every time I come through the drive thru, he was always short and rude to me but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This last time I went through he cut me off mid sentence & said let me talk. They also didn't have my prescription ready or any record of it after my doctor sent it in a week earlier. All I was trying to tell him is it's ok I'll talk to my doctor about it. But this guy is consistently rude. I will be switching pharmacies because of him. Don't go here!

Interesting to find a Pleasanton souvenirs stand in CVS. The items are actually pretty good looking and T-shirts were under $20. There is only 1 worker to man the store at around 7:30. Easy to find parking. Many of the CVS smaller sizes pain medication were out of stock. I hope they replenish their inventory better. Staff was friendly.

Extremely slow staff! The lady at drive-through pharmacy lacks basic training and common sense. I spent 45 minutes for covid testing given I already uploaded insurance through online appt.

I was hoping to have a good experience at CVS in getting RX filled. I went in on Saturday about 5 pm 10/22/2022 and for some reason my insurance wouldn't cover my RX because according to CVS the numbers on my insurance card were wrong. The lady helping me promised me a call back on Monday No Phone call. And no RX. Called today Tuesday 10/25/2022 and the people working there have no idea about the problem. Pissed doesn't even cover my mood right now. Make a promise keep it even if you had bad news always follow through with your promise. So I remain without my prescriptions.

This place is listed in multiple places as a location that accepts unused medication. The collection bin was overfull and stuck shut. All three pharmacy staff who were on duty at about 5:00 pm today were completely useless, and clearly did not care at all. The best they could say was that I could come back next week and maybe it would be emptied by then. It's telling that this location hasn't had a better than 1-star review in over a year. Given their apathy, I wouldn't trust any of those people to be careful with medications either.

I did a few times covid test before for travel and this time with minute-clinic of CVS in pleasantant was worse experience. I did my test on Mar 30 afternoon, no result until Apr 1. I kept calling for my result and all operators just asked you to wait and said they have 1-2 days window, until Apr 2 mid night, you just wait. The status keeps saying mismatch name which seems was their operation errors , lousy handlings on patients tests and just waste your time. People relies on the test to do traveling and they just don’t care or try anything to help. I will not recommend anyone to do Covid test in minute-clinic of CVS pharmacy. Don’t risk your travel because of such irresponsible staff in such organization .

We walked in for covid vaccine as the website said walk-in accepted. They simply said no, website was wrong. The employee was very rude to us by keep interrupting and repeating “we’re overbooked” while we were trying to ask more information to book for an appointment. Very bad experience!

I tried to use several of their coupons I acquired from a previous visit to purchase a few items and all were denied with the claim that they did not work with the phone numbers I have on file. It appears that I have two numbers on file under my name and address and neither worked with the coupons. I drove out of my way to try to purchase a few items with these coupons only to leave them behind quite upset about their uselessness. I will avoid using CVS in the future. It's bait and switch!! disgusting!!
