Not sure if this is cvs nationwide tricks, California wide, or just a few cvs stores like this one.I wanted to print a couple of magnetic pictures. I used a couple of discounted coupons/codes, and the initial process was straight forward. After 1 day or 2, I usually received an email note stating my order is ready to be picked up. Also the same note showed up on the app.The problem is, when you pick the order, 9 out of 10, cvs store/employee claims some errors, can't find the order, run out of magnetic portion, ask me to pay the regular price, or just plain stating the picture station is not working.Even after waiting for weeks and returning, they still insist with the above excuses.AVOID CVS Photo AT ALL COSTS!

I give CVS -10 rating.\\nI went to urgent care 5pm and they prescribe medication at CVS which get close at 5pm. I requested doctor to transfer it to 24 hr CVS. After waiting 1hr in que at CVS Fremont they said we cannot give u medicine at first it is already sent to other CVS. How absurd . I was in pain for whole night because of bad CVS service. They would have given me medicine and canceled other.

This review is for the minute clinic. Those ladies are horrible. I needed a general medical exam. They insisted I needed a form from work. When I called the information hotline the lady explained that there is a form in their system for general medical exam I tried to tell them but they refused to even answer the door. When the manager came up and knocked on the door they insisted they didn't have a form. Somehow they felt uncomfortable because I didn't just believe their answer and followed up with the information line. So they didn't want to see me. I'm a lady in my 50's who wanted answers. That makes them uncomfortable?!?

CVS wasn't able to process my photo print order, canceled it, and didn't let me know. So I ended up waiting a few days for the confirmation, then went to the store and had to ask about it, only to find out what had happened. My suggestion is not to bother with CVS for photo prints. That's not what they're set up for. Use some place like Fedex/Kinko's, which has a dedicated print shop on site.

There is a pharmacist employed at this location that decided to circumvented nine months of diagnosis of a serious non-COVID matter because he did not agree with the way a prescription for parasitic infection was written by an infectious disease dr. His actions cost us valuable times, his due diligence was non existent. His ego and attitude presented damaging scrambling of treatment in a extremely tight timeframe between my five children and my lovely wife. The additional unnecessary pain and stress to our family of seven humans, after having little time to orchestrate the treatment of dispersing the medicine as written and directed to apply treatment as synchronized as possible, has probably caused us all to have to go through this again. I understand the condition is a rare one, but he stood in the way, tried to patronize me, which doesn’t work well on someone who lives in the scientific community and trying to save the lives of their children, two of which are still in diapers, and he knew all of this. He was rude to me, acted above me, and failed to conduct good due diligence. I was polite, stated my case, asked him if I could send all the supporting depositions (as the ACTUAL prescribing doctor has their hands full). But, no, he assumed to be more educated than myself and screwed up what was laid out for him in a clear cut abs dry prescription. This was supposed to be a beautifully executed surgical approach of a treatment plan that took a lot of work to put in place - I’m feel compelled to start contacting injury lawyers on this. If I was in there beating him up for opioid drugs, I could understand his reluctance, but then if pharmacy technicians were acting this way then, we would not have an opioid epidemic like we do.

I've been going to this store since it opened. Before it opened, it was across the street as a Longs and then Payless store, and I was a customer there too.The store is still "OK", nice people and such, but with Covid they have transformed the back of the store into a clinic with a waiting area that is often full of people who are sick, or at least think they are sick. I'm loathe to go inside to the pharmacy counter due to the large number of potentially ill people. The good news is that they have a drive through. The bad news is that the products available at the drive through are limited AND they are doing covid testing in the single lane drive through as well as prescription pickup. I did not realize how much time I was wasting at the store until I looked at the car dashboard and saw that it took me 34 minutes from the time I started the car to the time I was served. There only 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled into the drive through. I only live 3/4 mile from the CVS. I spent 30 minutes in line to pick up 4 pills for which I paid 39 cents. I tried to suggest that they put a warning at the driveway entrance before people were past the point of no return, but the senior Pharmacy person was not interested. She said there were warning signs that covid testing was possible, and that should be enough. If you need to go here, you will get decent service from nice people, but don't expect to be able to run in and out if the pharmacy or the drive through is involved

I needed to get a prescription refilled for my wife. Had to call multiple times to deal with them in order to get a special approval from CVS specialty pharmacy. They are rude, uncaring people. Avoid this place if possible.
