Clarks selling Cheap material shoes? Bought office wear and sole started coming off from the toe and tearing in less than 2 months. Went back to get it repaired and apparently they don’t offer repairs on shoes or warranty once sold. I am a Clarks frequent buyer and did not expect the shoes to go bad in 2 months!! NEVER BUYING FROM CLARKS AGAIN. Lost trust! Be careful while buying from this location. Not the same leather as before. Rather spend my money on other trusted brand

Came here during the holidays and the store was extremely busy. Staff were very helpful and explained the store layout and current sales very well.

I had the same experience MJ C had. I attempted to return a pair of shoes that I bought at the Walnut Creek store a few days previous. The sales lady seemed immediately suspicious and asked if I had worn the shoes. I informed her that yes I had worn them in the house for no more than half an hour when they started to hurt my feet. She opened the shoe box and spotted the tiniest amount of dust on the sole and said she would not accept them because I had worn them and they were dirty. The shoes were not dirty and I was stunned. I could tell by her attitude that she was NOT going to change her mind. I left and promptly returned them to another store that accepted them readily. I wont be shopping at that Clark's store anytime soon. Buyer beware.

Jonathan was awesome! He was patient and accommodating to my mom who was was looking for shoes. He and his coworker brought all of the shoes in her size (11) and offered multiple times to order shoe online if they didn't have what she liked in store. The other two employee were also very friendly. Even though they had limited styles in her size we were able to find two pairs.

The sales, Griffy, is super unfriendly. She tried so her best to NOT let you make return! I ordered a pair of boots online, and those did not fit. I brought those to the store and asked to return. Griffy refused to accept the return because she said I wore the shoes already. I said I only tried it on once, even the label on the bottom is brand new! She said there is some dust on the bottom. I said I have to try it on the floor that caused some dust, and I showed the another shoe which I never tried, which is also brand new. Apparently I cannot only wear 1 shoe to outside. Even any customer tries those shoes in store, there would be dust on the floor! I offered if I could wipe it clean, she said no, the reason is she already saw that shoe with dust! I strongly suggest this compant to hire someone smarter with sense of customer service. Also, I say bye to Clark's, and I will never shop this brand again.

Ok , I WILL be shopping here Monday ! The mall was all but closed down , gates pulled ; as was Clark's . We were crossing the walkway and a lady was locking the doors , she saw us. Opened the door a bit and asked " did you want to come in?" WOW , no we had not planned on it ,however as Fate would have it , I had a spinal fusion , took a nasty fall last week , so good shoes are a must now . I don't know your name , however you will know who you were . In a time where the people working in malls are spent , and flat out exhausted with extended hours ,most slam their doors or pull the gates half way , at least 15 minutes prior to quitting time: and this wonderful lady OPENED the door and would have stayed to help us , thank you

Wow! What a string of bad reviews...Guess I got lucky with the sales associate who helped me out? Despite my efforts to shine and polish my usual pair of dress shoes, they were beginning to succumb to normal wear and tear and I could not allow myself to arrive at the office looking like I just purchased them at some Goodwill. It was time to find a new pair. I spoke to the first sales associate I could find and told her exactly what I wanted. I required a black pair of dress shoes with laces. It needed to look nice. But more importantly, it had to be sturdy as I wear dress shoes often and get my steps in for the week. Moreover, the heel of one of my previous pairs somehow managed to implode. From that point on, I would only accept shoes where the heel area was as firm as my resolve. The sales associate immediately explained to me that I was probably looking for something with a polyurethane heel or some other durable material. She suggested the Bostonian shoes as they would address my main concern, however, she highlighted the fact that they weren't exactly known for comfort. Some of the other Clarks shoes were more bearable, but the heel was a little more pliable under pressure. She then brought over three different shoes in my size and explained the differences to me. I tried on all three pairs and settled for a pretty sturdy pair with some good cushioning. This is what I was looking for in terms of assistance from employees! Knowledgeable and helpful. Much better than those shmucks at Macy's who were no help at all today. I didn't catch your name, but thank you. I will probably return in a few years to purchase my next pair.
