This shop has the best selection I've seen in the Bay Area. They not only have brands that I've been struggling to find, but they also have different sizes of the same one(I saw at least six different options for Oliva's Series V alone). They also have a ton of accessories and humidors. Most shops I've been to have one or two cigars that are at $10, but they have several really good brands still priced at $10 or even $8. They also have a lounge that looks nice(I didn't hang out in the lounge). Overall, it's an excellent shop with a wide selection and great prices.

To all Cigar enthusiasts, if you love hanging with good people & having great conversation this spot is for you. I have been coming here for a couple years great people the owner Joe is great, very easy person to get along with. Definitely recommend this place to have a great smoke, good conversation, good selection. One of the best parts of this place is just enjoying the time in a great environment. To top it off that chick Ari who thought she was a manger, incredibly annoying chick no longer works there. Trust me this place is worth checking out even if you don’t smoke in the lounge it’s a nice spot that has great selection of cigars.

This is definitely my go to spot, to purchase my Patron cigars, and enjoy smoking them in the very comfortable friendly lounge. The shop owner Joe is very friendly and knowledgeable of all of the products that he sells. I would highly recommend this establishment to any cigar smoker that wants to have a welcoming and enjoyable place just too sit and enjoy the fine cigars that this establishes offers to its customers, in addition, the lounge offers storage lockers for your favorite selection of cigars that you purchased there, and it is maintained daily to the proper temperature and humidity level that insures that your cigars will remain fresh for many years to come.

This is my second time at this shop. I don't smoke, but when my in-laws visit from overseas, they always buy cigarettes to take back. The first time I went, there was a nice man working there. No issues, gave me advice and I bought what I needed. The actual smoke shop is really clean and organized, no complaints. Since my in-laws needed cigarettes again, I decided to drive here, across town, since it was a pleasant experience before. As we drive up, there is a woman closing the door to the shop who gives us a dirty look and walks back in side. We walk in, she's standing by the cigars, I say Hi, she replies Hi. I tell her that I needed to buy some cigarettes. She walks over to the cigarettes and asks us what we wanted. I turn to my mother in law and ask her what she wanted (speaking in our native language), i could tell that the woman was already getting annoyed. I ask her what the difference is between two packs-- she just says "one is long and one isn't" in a rude tone. I ask my mother in law again and she asks me to get the shorter ones. I say "the short ones". She proceeds to take ones off a too shelf (while the ones that we were speaking about were lower and on sale), so i ask her "what's the difference between them", she replied something but i said that i'd rather just take the ones on sale-- 5 packs. As she grabs them, she says "you can at least say please". I reply "excuse me? What is the issue here? You're being rude". She replies-- you know what, i reserve the right to not sell this to you. By her terrible demeanor, i figured that there was no arguing with her. She looked like she was just waiting for a fight with someone the entire unpleasant time that we were there. I say "ok" and turn around to leave as she's saying something else I don't hear. Yes, at some point as i was walking out i did say one expletive i'm not proud of, but damn, the gall of this woman. Customer service absolute zero. I don't know what the issue was. Maybe it's because we were speaking another language (not that i had a choice, my mother in law is just visiting), maybe she didn't have the patience to wait for us to make up our minds, or may she's just terrible at her job. We drove up the street and spent our money at another smoke shop.

Joe had a fantastic operation. Great selection of fine hand rolled premium cigars at quite reasonable prices. Lounge in the back of the shop is really comfortable for watching TV or chatting with friends. Highly recommended!!

Love Joe's cigar lounge. Good cigars and good company. We (my partner and I) have been to a half dozen cigar lounges in the east bay, and this is our favorite.
