Chris is the best and made my home purchase happen. I worked with another lender who was generally unresponsive and did not communicate important details like their insistence on a two-week loan contingency. Chris was able to get me pre-approved in time to make an offer. He talked with the listing agent to put in a good word and I ended up getting the house. He has a wealth of knowledge and explained everything in detail to make sure I understood every step of the process. Chris has my highest recommendation!

Oh man! Chris is the best. I have gone through financing / re-financing processes multiple times over the years, and Chris is the best I have worked with. The speed, thoroughness and smoothness of the loan process, starting with pre-approval to loan funding was excellent. We called Chris over the weekend that we unexpectedly found our dream home, but don't have any paperwork ready and would like to put a bid on Monday. In a matter of hours on Monday, Chris put everything in motion, we got our pre-approval, and Chris even talked over the phone with the seller to assure them of financial support so they would accept our offer. Post accept, underwriting and loan funding process was as efficient as it can be. Chris is very courteous and prompt in his communications, and we can see that he really cares for his clients. I will definitely work with Chris again, and would whole-heartedly recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks Chris!!!

Chris Kamali and his team are absolutely amazing.My husband and I are buying our first home and were very green about the knowledge and process of acquiring a loan and buying a home.They were very patient and knowledgeable. Chris was great to work with. His knowledge and advice were spot on for our issues. Chris gave us a few pro tips on our refinancing questions, and due to re-checking our original mortgage agreement as Chris suggested, it turned out we did not need to refinance our current mortgage. The new rate would be a minimal increase, and would not increase our monthly payment substantially. Even though Chris would not generate any revenue from our meetings and discussions, he still spent time with us and made sure we were thoroughly satisfied with his reasoning before going on our way. Chris is the consummate professional and also a great guy to work with! We highly recommend him for all your mortgage and refinancing needs, and if we need mortgage/refinancing assistance in the future, Chris will be the first person we call.
