When I was walking out of the store, one of the sales woman stopped me and accused me of stealing while also giving me very rude attitude before leaving. When I showed her my receipt she stated that anyone could make a mistake without any apology. When I walked in to the store she did see me having the pair of clothes. This is very wrong they do not know how to give customer service, or have any moral. They should have some sort of training for their workers. I find it very disrespectful for accusing a customer for doing nothing.

Worst place ever! The manager Sheila was very prejudice and rude. I needed to return something someone gave me as a gift and she told her employee no. There was no reason at all but kept saying she has to call another person. I felt like she being prejudice towards me because I never experienced that treatment with there store. She needs to be fired immediately! Worst customer service ever

As a career online shopper, I happened to go into the Chicos store at the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton. We were greeted by a smiling and friendly Collette, who after I told her exactly what I was looking for showed me some really nice options.I walked with far more clothes than I intended. and would unhesitatingly go back the next time I'm in town for Collette's expertise and her 5 star service.Thank you for an amazing experience, Collette!!!!

Terrible customer service at Westlake/Thousand Oaks. I am giving a one star. I was so disappointed with the attitude and lack of compassion that the employee had for my 88 year old frail Mother. A nice Mother/Daughter shopping day turned awful. My Mother needed to use the restroom and was told they did not have one. She promptly said my Mother could walk across the entire very large parking at the Westlake Promenade to Barnes and Nobel. I said that was really far since my Mother had a very hard time walking and/or getting in and out of the car. I asked if they could maybe ask a Manager and get special permission for her to use the restroom in the back. She was very rude and told me no, it was only for employees because of Covid. Restrictions have been lifted and she could see we still wore our masks. Employee was so rude, no compassion, no apology, just extremely condescending and cruel. She said in a very disrespectfully way, I hope she makes it home. Since shopping is so difficult for my Mother, I hurried and bought the 6 pairs of pants and left without being able to shop for tops and jackets. Again, the employee was so rude, I will find another Chico's location. Not the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village Location. No customer service, and no customer bathrooms. Do not know their customers or their needs.

In Albuquerque NM, Wyoming & Paseo location. My boss went into store to purchase items. Upon going to check out two store clerks were gossiping with another client. My boss is Black American. One of the clerk's looked at her and said someone will be right with you. After 10 minutes of continuous chatting a another shopper came out of the dressing room to check out. The shopper cut in front of my boss and the clerk turned around and assisted the shopper. My boss was still ignored. The other shopper was WHITE American. They never assisted my boss. Please help me to stop this behavior by not shopping at this location. I called the home office with no response to my complaint. I baffled that this is happening in Albuquerque as we are melting pot of many different ethnicities.

Terrible customer service. No acknowledgment except from the kind woman cleaning the floor who pointed out the $19.99 sale rack. I was dressed down in jeans and a t-shirt; perhaps I should have dressed to reflect my pocket book, but I'm not there to impress. The mall was dead, the store was empty, and I took my money to Buckle where they were engaging and kind.

I have found the local store employees to be helpful. I recently made a substantial purchase and shortly thereafter there was a big sale. When I called Chico's customer service to request a credit for the sale prices, within the time period to receive those reductions, I was told that I had to physically take everything back into the store, since their online computers do not have my purchases itemized. Since I am 45 min. away, this is very inconvenient. So, my complaint is with online customer service, not the local store.

Been shopping at Chico's stores in various locations for the last 20+ years and have noticed a couple of thing in recent years that have caused me to look elsewhere. Can we talk sizes? Have loved the non-judgmental categories. But there has been no consistency in size in recent years. First came upon this at the Palm Springs store when looking for pants. Have always just grabbed a size.5 but that day even the 1.5 were too tight. Or too large. It was all over the place. The second issue is with quality. I have some 10 year old tops and jackets but the quality now in stores doesn't even come close! My first Chico's was on Marco Island FL in the late 1980s. Guess the party's over.

Really thought I found something here with Chico's when in need of a dash to coordinating an outfit without having to shop store to store. Well, that part was true, but I was thoroughly disappointed in the fabric after laundering. The colors ran terribly and there's no way to fix that on a floral pattern. You know when there is a 40 + another 20 percent off discount these "made in China" garments are not as one would think they are on the high end scale Two other shirts lost their fit after their first wash also. Strange for a poly blend that never sees a dryer. On a positive note, the tank tops are the only thing I have been impressed with, but can't wear the floral jacket I bought them to coordinate with sadly. Overall, not impressed with this chain.
