I would give 10 stars if I could!! My father and I have never received such amazing customer service as we have experienced in this branch. Hai and Kimberly went above and beyond to make our transition from our previous bank to Chase Bank/JP Morgan Investments as painless and easy as possible. We have been treated with the upmost kindness and professionalism. My father has health issues and is hard of hearing but was treated respectfully and as if they were helping a member of their own family. I highly recommend this branch and tell everyone of our experience, because it was just that impressive.

Completely unhelpful people, my debit card was working before I came into this branch and not only were they unhelpful but they made my debit card stop working after I left the branch. This is their service for 20+ years of loyal customers. No wonder people are switching to better banks.

The branch manager was not interested/able to calculate compound interest. She may not have good interpersonal skills as well. She was not willing to do work I think she was supposed to do. Bad experience with this branch.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!I will NEVER use this location again, just deposited money and it had issues depositing and now on hold with customer serviceMy advice? Go downtown to the other location. 1000% better service.

I deposited money at their ATM a week ago as of today 6/11/22 and the money has STILL yet to be deposited into my account, I called the bank about this and after them unclearly saying where they were going to transfer my call, I was on hold for 45 seconds, and then was hung up on, DO NOT use this location

I hope this lady that works at a desk near the back isn't the Manager. I have never been in this bank before. Came here today (9:20 AM) and they had a sign on the door that said they open at 9:30. An older gentleman in front of me walked up and this lady opened the door and let him in. I don't think he worked there...I think he was a regular customer and she knew him. She locked the door behind him and walked back to her desk as I was still standing there and I said (thru the door) "are you not open until 9:30?" She looked right at me, knew I was talking to her, but chose to ignore me like I was not there or invisible. She needs to work in a place where she has no contact with customers. She has ZERO customer service skills and she is very RUDE.
