The bankers at this branch are the best!!! It's a tough job and they really are the kindest happiest bankers I have ever seen. Thank you all so much for your hard work. I can't wait to come back.

Very nice people. Because they have MBA degrees from lower their schools wouldn’t recommend taking their investment advice. It costed me a pretty penny into the 0000’s. Lesson learned. Stick with the genuine professionals, not the wannabes. Just my .02

Have an appointment but they called that they're running behind for more than an hour. Because of the other clients opening business accounts. They gave priority to them than us since we're just opening a teen account. Of course we're merely just peasants to them. I'm only using them for the sake of getting our kids debit cards and a place to learn how to save money. Once they're 18 years old I'll transfer their accounts to my bank (Charles Schwab) or other banks that have a high yield savings account.

Had clearly advertised that they will be open for normal business hours on 31st of Dec which is 2pm on Saturday. But even at 1:30 pm no one around on this branch.

No more safety deposit box service. Difficult to reach out to a branch. The phone number on Google map sends you to a central number.

I have been a customer of this branch for many years. Sometimes good serice sometimes not (too much turnover?). But the best service comes from Lindsey who is the superviser/teller I think. I have talked to her numerous times and seen her help other staff. She is professional and very customer service minded. Thanks to her for doing a great job!

Douglas B. helped out me and my mom to deal with my deceased father's accounts. He helped out to deal with the situation and made sure to double check every step, all the while, being compassionate and sympathetic to our loss. My mom's English is not fluent, but Douglas was extremely patient and was able to explain the options in clear and simple terms to help her understand. Douglas has stayed way over the closing time to see everything through(I feel super bad about causing that, but very much appreciate not having to come deal with the painful subject again).Overall, great customer service. Very impressed with the care we have received. Everyone seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us and exploring all possible options.

Went to Chase for a home loan, and this turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had. They got our business by promising us one type of loan, but in the end we ended up with something completely different that ended up costing us a lot more money up front. The worst thing about this situation was the lack of communication from Chase. On the day we signed the closing documents with the title company, they informed us there was still a condition attached that we needed to fulfill, and if we didn't do it then they would deny us the loan. They never communicated with us that there were any conditions. They lost documents that we had sent over to the TWICE and blamed it on us and on the computers. I ended up having PTSD and suffering from nightmares for at least a week after it was all said and done. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE, ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH IN PLEASANTON.

One of the most difficult places to do business. It took 3 trips to this branch to open accounts for my grandkids. After opening the accounts for them I opened an account for my wife and I. Another very difficult process. I went to the branch today to cash a check.. I was 1st in line with only 2 tellers that were helping other Customers. Nobody else that worked there cared enough to help. It took 45 minutes to cash a check. By the time that I left there were 6 frustrated people in line.
