I came by with a replica cartier. I got its battery replaced and found a new band for a decent price. Owner was incredibly fair and did a great job using specialized tools and taking great care with every step. Highly recommend!

Took a moderately expensive watch in for a battery replacement and a cleaning/tune-up as it was lagging by about 1-2mins per week. I arrived 20mins before closing to an empty kiosk. Assuming he'd closed early, I started to walk away but luckily he saw me from accross the mall and rushed back to help me. He quoted just under $50 for the work and began immediately. The final price was exactly the same as his estimate. While waiting I grabbed some food but spent a bit too much and ended up being short by $2 when it time to pay. He graciously let it slide. Today, 3 Months later, the watch is still running great without any loss of time. 10/10

I had to change the batteries in 4-5 watches as well as wanted to get the strap length changed. She did it very quickly and pleasantly. If I need other services on watch, I will definitely go back to her.

Courteous and honest. My husband's eco watch stopped keeping time. We were advised to put the watch in a well lit place, preferably sun. With so many days of consistent rain, the watch is not getting energy. Tried their suggestion, and the watch is keeping time ok.

I have come here on 3 different occasions to get a watch fixed and no one is at the kiosk after their stated open time. When I call the number, they don't answer.

Had to come on here and write a quick review. I came here over the weekend, I thrifted a watch that needed a new battery and was a little too big for me. I brought it, got a quote and expected to get told to come back later to pick it up (which would've been okay). Nope! He got it all done is less than 10 minutes. WOW! Left incredibly happy with my new watch and amazing service! Def recommend :)

Tiffany Was extremely helpful she was very patient and polite. They have a good selection of batteries. She Change the battery to an old-school watch I had. She set the time and showed me how to work some of the functions because I had forgotten. They do have Apple Watch accessory but not too many. Super clean great place to get your battery Fix.
