We recently purchased a Dream Max from Caspar at this store. It was a pleasure shopping there. Bissan Hamideh, the Store Manager, did a wonderful job explaining the different mattress offering.
Shortly after it was delivered there was a minor problem with the mattress. Upon contacting Bissan about it, she demonstrated that their service and support is as good as their product. She made arrangements to get a new mattress delivered and set up in our home. She coordinated with Caspar's customer service department, kept us apprised of the progress, and followed-up to assure everything was resolved.
We now own 2 Caspar mattresses. I highly recommend their product and endorse Bissan sales and support efforts with 5 stars!

I have no idea why this store only has 3 stars. It is absolutely fabulous!! Deb and Ron helped my husband and I select a bundle that we absolutely love and feel confident about. They were both so kind, not pushy, and took time to answer our questions! I highly recommend this store if you're looking for an amazing mattress without the pushiness of the big box mattress stores!

Super pushy sales. Literally would not get out of our ear for more than a minute. Couldn't even think about mattresses because we were too busy cringing at every d*** line. Even worse they don't even seem to know that much about their mattresses. At one point they just straight up begged us to buy something. What the heck is that. The mattresses themselves seem nice. My recommendation would be to wear some headphones in the store and just pretend you can't hear the staff.

its not really the customer service at Stoneridge mall ( too much)..just a little pushy..but that's here nor there. It's the quality of the mattress I'm upset about. I'm going to keep this short because due to the quality of the cal.king classic model..it has been a long 2 years dealing with Caspers and I just don't have the energy to give . My husband and I had to go thru hoops, hills and mountains to get our money refunded. we had to go thru 2 mattresses both within 12mos (10 year warranty and a 30 day refund, date of purchase). the foam was breaking down so badly, and our backs were killing us almost every morning. we thought we would have to get a new mattress every year until we didn't receive a lemon. we complained and complained until we got a suprise email stating that Caspers would refund our money back. we couldn't believe it, yet very happy. we used our money to purchase one of the best mattresses on the market STERNS AND FOSTER MATTRESS. Made with coils and foam with pillow top and cooling..Hybrid lux Mattress. I heard Caspers is great for smaller beds like twin and/or full but not larger beds. I believe there reviews are fake and take caution before buying a full Foam bed....you will be sorry. Btw: my husband and I are fit, not over weight.

So unfortunately I have to give this store a star I wouldn't give it any !!!! Ron that sold my husband the best bed they had evidently the Wave at 2,700 dollars is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Let alone Ron Did Not explain the Return Policy to my husband that we have to keep the bed for 30 for days I can't sleep on this bed!!!! It's like a Rock Let alone we have to buy another bed for 2,000 and keep the bed for 30 days. Ron was not even helpful in what to do he said call corporate!!! Bad customer service !!!! We will be returning the bed and frame for a full refund Do Not buy anything from this store unless you really know there return policy and what your buying. We have No Bed NOW !!! Staff is very helpful. Ron especially. I have had the original mattress since they first came out and found it was time to upgrade now that I was moving in with my fiancee'. The 100 day return policy is worth it. We found our first mattress was too soft and just set up the exchange for bed number 2.

Lara and Lucie were amazing and took very well care of me after coming in last minute for some bedding sets. My 3 year old amazed by the toys and Lucie being patient enough to play with him so I could get my shopping done! Great customer service but even better tailored experience with them. Came in for a bedding set and almost left with half of the store Thanks again ladies.

Today I came in with my grandma and we worked with Lara, she was excellent it was nice that Lara spoke Spanish as well since my grandma doesn't speak very much English. She helped me pick out slippers and a pillow. My grandma also got some nice sleep wear. Go see Lara for anything! I would recommend this place to everyone I know. First time going in and it didn't disappoint :)

Husband and I got pillows before and absolutely loved it! So comfy! We came back for some sheets, and immediately got a great & friendly vibe from Ron. He mentioned the different types of mattresses they have, but unfortunately we're not ready to buy one yet. When we're ready for a new mattress, we're definitely coming back here. Special thanks to Ron for an awesome customer service experience!

Lucie and Ron were superstars at helping pick out the perfect mattress and pillows for me. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I love my mattress never had a better nights sleep. They made sure I was well informed and made sure I picked out the right mattress for ME! 12/10 would recommend.
