Needed some new brake pads and rotors for my partners 2016 accord in a hurry. I spoke with Shannon on the phone and she was very helpful, had my parts ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. Also, the gentleman working in the front office was very nice. I recommend CarQuest to anyone in need of car parts, especially if you’re looking to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about.

Great place to go. There is not a sales floor. So it's more of a commercial setup. So it's usually go in, ask for the parts, and be on your way. The staff is amazing and will listen to all you need. Go there and enjoy

Loved the fact I found a Die Hard battery. But, ordered online. Got a notification my battery was ready for pick up. I pulled my dead battery for the core. Was told when I arrived they could not accept my core for two hours because it was an online order. So had to go back two hours later. No mention of this policy on the site. But I'm sure it is a corporate thing. So not mad at the workers. Just annoying

We bought an ac refrigerant fo refill our car last week and the gentleman that sold it to us said to bring it back with the green sticker on next time for our $10 deposit back. They will be able to look up the order with the green sticker. We came back this week with sticker intact and the lady that served my husband said she needs the original receipt and there was nothing she could do. Firstly, we would have kept the receipt had we known that was required. Secondly, the green sticker on the can was signed by the person that sold it to us and had all thee details. Thirdly, who keeps paper receipts these days? We told the lady to keep the can because we have no use for it anyway. I sure hope the bad customer service was one off, for the sake of the owners.
