had all my documents and offer before I went in. once there car max took the documents and offer, in about 30 minutes I was out the door with check in hand. Very pleased with the sevices.

Got a good price for my Auto 06 Tacoma SR5, $200 more than Kelly Blue Book. Only drawback is that it took 2 hours even when I had an appointment. Thinking about selling another vehicle through them when I don't drive that anymore too.

Longer than anticipated wait times to sign and receive payment. CarMax refused to provide Lyft for anything outside of five miles.
